Good place to buy your heat transfer vinyl, heat press, printers and cutters as well as other printing stuffs for inddor and outdoor graphics. Staff are very accommodating and the receptionist, Frank, is very knowledgeable about there products.

HORRIFIC customer experience on two separate occasions - would rate lower than one star if possible.On both occasions the order did not arrive on time, it was several days passed the communicated delivery date translating into delays for my customers with zero follow-up or support provided. After the first experience we gave them the benefit of the doubt and built in several days lead time when placing the next order to ensure we would receive the product in time - they STILL were not able to meet the expectation, were multiple days late and provided no follow up. We had to call to find out what was happening when the date was missed on BOTH occasions.Zero effort on their part all around - the only assistance provided was to let us know for an additional $65 we might see the product in 2 days but no guarantees.UNBELIEVABLY poor service
