Dr. El Mistiri is good, however, its very difficult to book an appointment, it goes straight to voicemail and even after I have left name and phone number after 24 hours they do not call back.

I’m so happy that we have Dr. Mustafa El Mestiri as our new family doctor as he takes action right away.I saw other reviews about having issues of calling the clinic and takes them to voicemail… I also been there and I just called after lunch they answered and booked me an appointment the next day which sweet!

The doctor" taking new patients was apparently not qualified enough for my case

Our family doctor is Dr. Howard Yan and is very courteous and professional, very accommodating, and polite in answering questions. Generally, gives us good advice on taking good care of our health.Their receptionists were very friendly and professional; however, I find it very tedious when it comes to telephone booking or contacting them as they do not have direct lines. Their telephone connecting options are long and a bit confusing as there was a skip in the number series. So, you need to listen very carefully to get it the first time because if you did not, you might have to repeat listening again on the teleprompter. You usually wait at least 3 minutes before you can get connected to his receptionist and then be put on hold again for another 5 minutes or more depending on your waiting line.I would probably give them a 5* if they have given me an option to give me a call back or stay on the line and not to be force to stay on the line and to wait for the receptionist to finish talking with another client.

Best clinic I've ever been to. Dr. Nadeem Ali is amazing, took the time to explain things to me and go over results which my previous doctor did not do for me. Very impressed. First time I felt like a clinic actually cared about my health. The pharmacy is great too, fast service and very helpful.

Nice place. Didn't have to wait long. Dr was very friendly and helpful. My #1 family doctor. My old one had to quit, thanks to the UPC cutting the doctor's wages.

When I call, no one ever answers. Goes straight to their voice-mail which is useless cause they never call you back. Then when I finally get a hold of someone, appointments are nearly 2 weeks out and then on the day of my appointment, they call me and left a message that the doctor had to cancel last minute cause of an emergency. So I call back to reschedule all throughout the day and no one answers phones there or returns voice messages you leave. Very unprofessional. So I had to look else where to find a doctor as I can't rely on a place like this.

Dr. Ramadan Houcheimi is a horrible doctor. Don’t let the other reviews fool you. He’s incredibly disrespectful, egotistical, and manipulative.He disclosed private information about my health to a friend of mine who is his patient. I will be reporting him, especially since I have a witness and a recording.

Great medical office, a wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate Dr. Aarif Pathan taking the time to go over the diagnosis clearly. He is also kind and friendly. My family and I have been extremely lucky to find such a compassionate, knowledgeable, family Physician.

The doctors are knowledgeable and nice but the front desk staff take WAY too long to acknowledge patients when they enter the clinic and walk up to the desk. They stare at their computers and it's almost awkward sometimes, how long it takes for them to even say hello to the patients (from personal experience and observing other patients). As someone who works in a different type of medical setting, patients should always be promptly greeted/acknowledged in a friendly manner, upon entering the clinic.
