Whilst our sales experience and pick up was good the refund of the small junction box I bought just in case" was NOT.The sales guy said if we didn't need it we could just return it to the store for a refund.I have just had to fill out a refund form and submit photos on the webpage and now wait for approval of the refund and also pay a 25% restocking fee

The experience I had with CAS was pretty good as far as the Coquitlam location is concerned. They have a nice showroom with a good selection on many recognized brands, the place is clean and is not cluttered, which in these COVID times is important. Mark's service was great and with a little haggling we came to what I thought was a fair price for my new range, with delivery and old appliance recycling included.Here is when the problem came about, with the delivery. They showed up on the date arranged, but when I told the delivery crew the would need to take my old range first (which I de-installed, since they don't do this) they said they did not have space to take it... so in short I ended up with my old range decorating my apartment's living room for a couple days.Now this error I can understand and trying to be really fair, I sympathize.The reason I give them 3 Stars is the lack of accountability by their logistics department, which instead of taking ownership of their screw-up, just told me it wasn't their problem, because they paid good money to hire a third party delivery service". So I had to find the service's 1-800 number and get them to schedule the pick-up... which I think should have been their job... I dealt and paid and got the invoice from CAS

Dealt with Michael at this location. He assured us we’d receive our washer and dryer on the same day because both were in stock, he assured us he would beat the competitions pricing and assured us we had a package deal inclusive of all costs.We went with Michael because we had a very important timeline to meet.On the day of delivery, only the washer showed up. There was no call from the company to say only 1 unit would arrive.He then assured us we’d receive it the following Tuesday, I waited and again no call, nothing shows up. Then he assured us it will show up on Friday, and now I see we’re being charged another $100 for delivery. This is terrible business practice.Had we known that we’d be charged $200 for delivery, we NEVER would have accepted the 1st delivery until both units could be delivered together. It was the delivery guys who told us while they were unloading the washer. Dealing with customer service was another nightmare. The only saving grace was Jimmy at their Coquitlam location who offered us a discount on delivery. We still have to pay because of their mistake. Lots of empty promises from this company. Terrible customer service. Won’t be coming back again. Zero stars if not for Jimmys help. Your word is your bond, if you insure somethings going happen, make it happen. If you can’t make it happen, don’t charge the customer another full delivery fee, and also, this could have all been avoided with a phone call. People work and can’t wait around for these kinds of things.

My husband and I recently purchased a washer, dryer, and fridge from Canadian Appliances, and it was a nightmare. We scheduled our delivery for a month out, and when the day finally arrived, we waited all morning for the delivery team to arrive between 12-3 pm. They showed up almost an hour late, and we were already frustrated before they even started.When the delivery team arrived, they said they couldn't bring in the fridge as it required four people, and they didn't have enough manpower. We had already cleared out our old fridge with the doors open, so we were shocked to hear this. All our food items were out for the whole day and I had to remind them that a fridge is supposed to be running 24/7 and we couldn't leave without one. We called customer service, but they couldn't do anything and said we had to rearrange the delivery. It was such a hassle.After taking out the old washer and dryer, they said they couldn't bring in the new ones as well. It was a total waste of our time, and we were furious.We had to throw away all the food items that had gone bad, and we were still without any new appliances.Even the next day, there was no update from their end on the new delivery details, and we had no idea when the appliances would be delivered. To make things worse, there was no response from them on our compensation. We had to follow up and still we don't have the exact details and our new appliances purchased and paid for a month ago.Overall, our experience with Canadian Appliances has been terrible, and we would not recommend anyone to shop there. It was a huge disappointment and a complete waste of our time and money. When we were placing the order Costco had better pricing and they insisted to price match but I believe a service and customer satisfaction match is not an option for them. We hope that they will improve their services and customer support in the future.

I could give this company zero stars if I could. We bought an Electrolux stove range from them, however when we received the stove, not only did it come dented, but it also was missing the gas connector/regulator for us to be able to use it. I've called them and they said the only thing we can do is call the manufacturer Electrolux. I've called Electrolux 4 times already and every time I call them, they answer with, You'll receive it in 3 or 7 business days." Over two months has passed by and they still have not sent it. Called again today and they said they'll send it again in 7 business day. This is ridiculous. What's the point in buying a stove range from this company if they're not even going to provide us with the parts to connect it to our kitchen so we can actually cook with it? The stove is literally just sitting in the kitchen doing nothing right now and we've had to spend more money buying take out or using a butane camping stove all because they never provided us with the part to actually use our stove. We've bought so many appliances from them

Where do I begin with our horrible experience….We ordered the washer/dryer stacking combo in Nov 2021 and salesperson (at the time) was very nice and even though it took her almost an hour to input everything in the system we still waited. She told us, “don’t worry, the stacking kit, the new hoses, dryer vent, removing old machines as well as installation all included. All you need to do is to just disconnect your old washer dryer and that’s it!”Then the machine didn’t come till mid January! And sure enough they said no stacking kit was included! When asked, we were prompted by the customer care to pay before we can do anything! We paid it all and had to wait for the one salesperson to get to work to resolve it all which took another 4 days!And then the machine came with a defective logo! The company didn’t even care sent us to deal with manufacturer! We paid this company and when it’s brand new and got problem, we have to deal with manufacturer?! What a joke!You can see from the photos this is a brand new machine we paid full price for and came in defective! Horrible company!

Good experience start to finish.We shopped CAS for a new clothes washer based on the prices.Our in showroom experience was smooth- Nicolas was insightful and easy to deal with. We arranged delivery and installation according to instructions and had our appliance in 4 days. Very pleased with our experience with CAS.
