Do not go for this company. Poor management.

I emailed this company on April 12th asking for someone to call me as I had some questions. Someone by the name of Randy I believe called me back April 13th at 9:30 in the morning and I explained what I was looking for and is that was something they could do. He said that he would look into it and see what they could do and get me a quote. That conversation was over a week ago now and I still HAVE NOT heard anything back from anyone at that company. No phone calls or emails. Extremely disappointing, disrespectful and unprofessional.UPDATE 04/22: Got an email from Randy and a few hours later a phone call from Darryl (I think is his name) the owner of the company apologizing for what happened and assuring me someone would reach out to me soon and said that his good friends from another company who are more familiar with what I need done would be reaching out to me ASAP and that I would be taken care of.

The only company we use for scanning and coring. Great prices, communication, and staff are amazing to work with.

Though I’ve never had the need to use their services, I’ve seen them out and about all over town!

Bob & Randy were such a delight to work with. They were very flexible and accommodating. Highly recommend!
