We are first time home buyers & Craig did our inspection. He gave us peace of mind to make the decision to buy. The inspection report was very comprehensive & he explained everything thoroughly.After a recent cold snap we found moisture in a couple of places in the house. Craig and Cam did our home inspection and we couldn't be happier with how it went. Even though there was a brutal cold snap happening making the outside temperatures below -20C they still did a very thorough exterior inspection before coming inside. They were available for questions throughout the whole process and took time to answer each and every one with helpful advice. A lot of what they showed us was with regards to basic home upkeeping and maintenace (that we now are much more aware of!). Their final walk through and both verbal and written reports made us confident with the qualtiy of their assessment of the property. Would highly recommend!!
