Incredible experience!! I was researching electric scooter rentals in the area for an upcoming family vacation to Saugatuck and Grand Haven and Wave Co was the only local business that had anything available and any person to take my call.I spoke with the owner who is a friendly, funny, relatable and very happy person. He set us up with 4 scooters and quickly changed our batteries upon arrival to ensure we had a full charge for our trip.He even provided us a route to take that was supposed to be great for the ride, and BOY!!! Did it totally hit the mark!! My group and I followed his every direction and we LOVED the ride. It was BEAUTIFUL and honestly one of THE BEST ways to sightsee in the city.Grand Haven has amazing hills, forestry and waterfront property, all perfect for a scooter ride along.I cannot say enough about how much fun we all had, and I hope that Wave Co starts making waves and expanding across the west side because more cities need this easy and fun excursion.

Easy to use. Owner is super cool, understanding and giving. He is a fantastic person to have in our community for a couple of reasons. He is trying ways to keep kids busy with having fun in positive ways. He believes in our kids and how important it is for them to have something to do without them getting in trouble. In my opinion he's an honor to have in our community.

Had a great experience with customer service! Collin and the rest of the staff were great! My husband son and I had the scooters for 24 hrs. We road all around grand haven. We are from MN so it was a great way to explore! Would definitely do this again with Wave Co!!!

I came with a group of 8 people and within 5 minutes we were on the scooters and having a blast. Highly recommend renting here. Also, the prices are very reasonable and the customer service is outstanding

Holy cow!!!! Collin and his team are so awesome! What a service to the GH community as well as tourists!!! Sounds like he has a practical business model with impeccable customer service. We are from Grand Rapids and are familiar with this type of scooter, although we are told these are way better! The test run around the block hooked us and we will definitely be back for more!

The owner, Collin, is really helpful and responsive. They just bought a new fleet of scooters!

Fabulous addition to downtown Grand Haven! This is a must for both locals and tourists to explore the town! Collin is a great owner with the best customer service! Would recommend for a group activity or a fun date night!
