We just moved into our first non city water home and ran into some issues with our system. I called James on the weekend and he engaged us right away. He asked all of the right questions and started a remote diagnostic process immediately. He was in to our house soon after to fix us all up! Not only is his work solid, but he is engaging and warm. Moving here to New Brunswick we needed to get our water tested. I called Maratime Water. James was over quick to test the water and I was blown away with how knowledgeable he was! James from Maritime Water had done some work for the previous owners just before we took ownership. We called him about our water tank acting funny thinking he was the one who installed that, he wasn't but took no time in diagnosing my issue. We had a new tank installed the next week. I'm still able to give Maritime Water a call and get a great response and service time. I would consider James someone who continues to exceed my expectation every time I've needed his services. I contacted Maritime Water to address issues with our well water. James was able to come gather a sample quickly and recommended what was needed to address our multiple issues. Contacted Maritime Water due to some very heavy sediment in our water lines. Was able to text James and explain some of the issues I was experiencing and he was out here the next day to collect a water sample - within a few hours he had a plan in action and came to install it THE VERY NEXT DAY. Amazing turnaround, professional and polite guys; 7/5 will be using them again for any water related inquiries.
