Very disappointed in Grainger Industrial Mount Pearl. If I could give 0 stars I would. Not recommended at all and here is why:In early April 2020, I ordered boxes of N95 masks online @ $1.875 each as I was not in a hurry for them and it would be between 2-4 weeks for delivery.Near the end of April 2021 I was contacted by an employee at the Mount Pearl store who advised the items were in. The employee said the store would hold onto them until I could get in as I work on an Island in emergency services and can't get to Mount Pearl frequently.I was unable to get in until today. Upon attending Grainger Ind. in Mount Pearl I was advised they had cancelled and returned my order so the could supply another customer's order.Neither the Mount Pearl store nor Grainger Industrial had ever communicated with me about the risk of the order being cancelled or the items were being taken to give another customer if I could not get in. I could have gotten someone to pickup them up for me, if I had been advised there was an issue.I then contacted Grainger Industrial call center to re-order the items.They now claim the product I ordered is no longer available due to the pandemic" and suggested a smaller quantity of a similar replacement item at a cost of $4.484 each

The staff at this location are AMAZING! I cannot say enough positive things about them. Everyone I dealt with so far has been super helpful and very pleasant to deal with.
