Excellent and professional service completed by Uzor Windows and Doors at two of our family properties. The prices were very competitive and the work completed was amazing. The first once was done 2 years ago and the other one recently. Amazing work. Great communication as well.

Please everyone! DO NOT use this company! Awful quality, terrible customer service, cheap product! It is not even 2 years we are in our newly built house and we had all kind of problems with windows (foggy, cracked) , doors (not moving properly, paint is coming off), screens (all small insects get through the gaps). I cannot believe it! And they never admit this is their responsibility. Everything is fine. If you value your hard earned money and want a peace of mind please avoid this company!

The worst company I have ever dealt with my entire career of building homes we are taking them to court service from all of them especially Slobo the owner is so heart breaking how they can treat others with this big snow storm I have snow coming into my house through the patio doors and glass. No heart no care with them at all dishonest company by far been fighting for repairs since April it’s now DecemberI’ve been building homes for 20 years and I regret every day trying out this company the price I had to pay for trying something / someone newshame on you Slobo shame on you

We purchased 3 windows from Uzor in 2017. We were recommended to them by the contractors working on our house project. The initial communication and selection of windows was made easy by Uzor. Once the windows were installed we found that two of the three windows were great, however, one of the windows was defective and water would penetrate through during rain.When we brought this up with Uzor and they gave us the cold-shoulder. They said there is no way it could be their window and the contractors must have installed the windows incorrectly. We believed them and pushed the contractors to fix the problem. The contractors worked free of charge and reinstalled the window at our request but we continued to experience the same problem. We approached Uzor again and they were again very reluctant to help. We spoke to Nem (Nemanja I believe) in particular, who was very unhelpful. Instead of reassuring us that the problem would be fixed his typical answer to our questions would be I don't know" or he would blame the contractors and brush us off.After struggling to get them to help we took matters in our own hands and started investigating. We found the window was leaking behind the nailing fin between the back side of nailing fain and the base of the window (I can share pictures and videos of the leak on request). This means there was an internal leak within the window. Once we discovered this we brought this to Uzor and spoke to Nem's father who was more sensible. He came to the house looked at situation and decided to replace the whole window frame. That fixed the problem and we now have no water penetration. Mind you

I do not recommend this company for window service.I ordered glass replacement in summer, it cost me 300 CAD. However, they provided it only three months later. They promised to install the glass as complementary service and... broke my window during the installation. They refused to compensate me or fix this damage, because it was for free!!!! I've got broken window for free, but with new glass! The answer was: You cannot charge us because it was for free".... "It may happen with anybody

Every window we had installed on our new build has leaked. The patio doors we upgraded were not sealed/installed properly and snow and water was coming inside. Had company out multiple times and they just completed bandaid fixes. Extremely poor customer service. Definitely would not recommend!

Amazing company to deal with from start to finish. Owners are passionate about what they do and take pride in their product. Best price also, why buy from a dealer when you can buy directly from a manufacturer. Pay no attention to bad reviews, some people are born complainers.
