Went in for dinner with my wife and I on a Friday night. Our server Sandy was absolutely the best! She was so kind and recommended the winter bundle deal. It came with a potato soup, chicken, a side (we got a salad), a white bun, and their Swiss chalet sauce. Everything was delicious and the food came out FAST. Sandy came to check up on us after our couple bites to make sure we were okay. She also filled our drinks up without having to be asked. Thank you Sandy for making our first visit an amazing one. Will definitely be coming back here.

I like this location because it has both fast food and dine in options. It is also attached to a Harveys so you can enjoy both chicken and hamburgers in one order.

Swiss Chalet
We went for dinner to this location and it brought back memories when I first came to Canada. The restaurant was so cleaning and the decor very inviting. Food was amazing, presentation and flavour. Best was the service from the moment we arrived and were greeted, to the best waitress we ever had, Olivia. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

I hadn’t had Swiss chalet in quite some time but it was near where we were headed so we stopped in. I have to say I was really impressed with our meal overall and the portion size. Definitely much better than what we had when we would go to other locations in the past.

A lot of folks I know, dislike Swiss Chalet..My family has a hate / love relationship with this restaurant.Our local Chalet is horrible.Last winter, we found one (out of area) that's decent. Service is great. So we were going there. Didn't mind the drive.UNTIL we found the 725 Markland location (quite by chance).Since day one, we've found the food consistency, quality, and true Swiss Chalet taste to be perfection. So much taste, juicy, steaming hot, and mouthwatering. The icing on the cake, the service is great. Olivia (Sunday Evenings) works extra hard to make sure you, the diner, have a great satisfactory meal!This ownership team strives for sublimity.Always a busy location. That speaks for itself.If only most Swiss Chalet locations were this good.. !!

Avoid this location...After waiting 40 mins for service at the half empty restaurant ordering... then finally ordering .... after 20 more minutes I'm told they ran out of chicken. So I said no prob. I'll take ribs..Then the server comes back back with a tiny leg attached to some skin an says they found some chicken??!!Totally unreal...I also posted the picture of cheesecake vs. what I was served...this took nearly 2hrs...

My family and I came here on thanksgiving Sunday. Wow was it busy! Felt so bad for Olivia handling almost the whole dining room by herself. She did a terrific job - special shout-out to her for the wonderful service!Food was as about as you would expect from Swiss Chalet. They unfortunately ran out of the dark meat, but we were substituted with white meat free of charge. Fries were fresh, stuffing was tasty and the chicken was nicely seasoned. Oh and the chalet sauce - so good! Our family had a wonderful time spending our thanksgiving here. Thanks Swiss Chalet!

Just left after being seated, and then basically ignored for 15 minutes. The one poor waitress was watching several sections, and didn't have time to clear any of the tables after guests left, or even pick up her tips.As we were walking out, a gentleman was bemusedly wandering around, looking for some way to pay his bill.I understand Swiss Chalet is known for skimping on staff, but this was worse than I've ever witnessed.

The restaurant was surprisingly not busy at all especially during a long weekend. Our server was nice, helpful and provided good customer service. She was quick and efficient, and food came out in a timely manner with the right temperatures. The kids also enjoyed their meals and we would love to come back again.
