Please look elsewhere for a google ads manager. It has been nightmare and so so stressful. We had been with Breezemax for about a year, and hovered around 0.8-1.5X ROAS. Which doesn’t even come close to covering their service fee. Which is where the problem really lays, as they charged us their percentage fee for a 4K budget when our monthly budget was half that. And now they refuse to refund us the difference. At this time they have completely ghosted us. It’s so disheartening and makes us feel completely taken advantage of, disrespected and frankly sick to know that a fellow business in Vancouver conducts business this way. The amount of effort and consistency we have put in to even have simple questions answered is unbelievable. It’s been nothing short of exhausting and we’ve wasted so much money to get nothing in return. And as a small family business, it’s damaging and frankly devastating. This was the tip of the iceberg, as there were so many red flags we made excuses for (marketing areas we didn’t deliver to, marketing incorrect products) Please learn from our experience, and go somewhere else. We’re out thousands and only gained so much stress.

Im not surprised to see multiple Google pages for the comany Breezemax Web (BMW) in an effort to keep their bad reviews scattered. They are an abosulte sham of a company and rely on business owners being too busy to spot their lack of effort and lack of intelligence. After signing up with BMW 5-6 years ago I was promised the world. Montly reports, tailored blog posts, constant updates to my Business Google page, SEO, ad words and much more. It took me the better part of the 1st year to truly realize what a bad job they were doing representing my company. I realized that they were representing my cosmetic and hygienic servcies out as being medical by posting veterinary based blogs and photos publicy to my website. I had a very in depth conversation with my account manager about what my business was (a 2nd time) and how incredibly important it was that we not make reference to veterinary medicine anywhere on my site or Google page as legal action had been taken agaisnt companies like mine in the past for doing this EXACT thing. Not only were the blogs about things that had nothing to do with my business, they were terribly written with spelling and gramatical errors all over the place. I was told that I would need to approve blogs before posting as a way to protect my company and ensure they didn’t put my company in legal jeopardy. Once I began this process I realized I would save more time if I just wrote the blogs myself. When I discussed this with my account manager, he said it would be best to post the blogs privately to still help my SEO and website with Google and so no one would ever see how terrible they were. Looking back I should have fired them at this point. But being so busy, I felt my hands were tied. I wasn’t sure how I would find the time to scout out a new company and bring them up to speed - at this point I had spent 7+ hours meeting with BMW just about concerns. They failed to produce any reports after the first 6 months and after the blogs were posted privately, they stoped being posted altogether a few months later without my knowledge or consent. Fast forward 2 years into our contract - Covid came and my husband joined my team, taking over the management of BMW. He spent countless hours re-teaching them about our copmpany as all the staff invovled previously had left. We were promised all the same things as previous and he was hopeful he would get more out of them with more of a micromanaging touch. Within the 1st 6 months everything fell to the way-side again. Going into 2021, we were told our account manager had left the company and spent another 5+ hours onbaording our new account manager. Keep in mind, they only told us about the change in our account management when we reached out with complaints. Throught 2021 we struggled to get the bare minimum from BMW, but still, felt it would be better than starting new, which was very wrong. 2022 - my father is diagnosed with cancer and work falls to the wayside. Throughout 2022 we received NO reporting, NO blogs, no nothing. It wasn’t until my dad went into remission in late fall that we noticed their lack of work and efforts. It was told to us AGAIN that our account manager had left and my husband spent the time needed to bring the new guy up to speed. Lots of promises, lots of talking, but again, zero accountability and zero follow through. This leads us to today - 30 minutes of my time wasted just to tell me my 8000+ social media following was not very good and that I should sign up for more services with them. The phone call was to discuss veterinary photographs and NON-ENGLISH content being posted to my Google page AGAIN (see photos) and I was told “they are not vets, they are models”. Without addressing any of my concerns, I was talked over and disrespected by a manager who was sitting on a balcony in Mexico - I believe his name was Steven. This is the WORST company and I wish I could go back and fire them 6 years ago to save myself the money, time and STRESS. I’ve had to edit this to fit it in but I could go on for days. DONT HIRE THEM.
