This place is not professional. I recommended my friend to renew the passport here because it was done on the right time for me before. They said the passport will take a month due to COVID and I understand for the situation. So after a month, he called back to get updates for his passport. They said they haven’t received yet. After one more week, my friend called one more time, they said Vietnam embassy didn’t work because of Lunar New Year. I don’t understand how they are so unprofessional, passport is an important thing for us in here as an international student, we need it to do any kind of visa. We expected that we will receive it on time or maybe a week late. But it has been more than 2 week late, almost one month late!!!!! it affects a lot to my paper work. You guys should let us know before that it will be this late so we would not come to you guys for sure!

Never book with this travel agency. Day of departure, we couldn't fly out because our travel visas weren't processed by them. They refused to take responsibility for it and they placed the blame on them being too busy and that they forgot to do the application for the travel visas even though we followed every instruction they gave us.

Stay away from this place, seriously.They're nice when helping you book tickets and requesting payment but when it comes time to issuing a refund because of unforeseeable cancellations, they dodge your phone calls or picks up the phone and hangs up.Save yourself the hassle, spend a little bit more money booking through an airline but at least you'll be rest assured that you'll be taken care of and not have to fight tooth and nail and spend numerous hours on the phone requesting YOUR money back. Unreal.Scam artists. Never booking through a travel agent again.

Don’t buy the ticket here anymore. They took my money but no responsibility. My flight was canceled and they didn't refund and told me to wait 3 to 6 months for processing while I needed to fly urgently. Scammer!!

Don’t come to this place. They promise their standard shipping only take between 7-10 days for the package to be delivered to my country. Now it has been over 3 weeks, still don’t have any update. They keep giving me so many excuses. I would give 0 star if I could. Don’t waste your money here.

Quick and helpful staff.

A week prior to departure we went into the agency to confirm we had all our documents in place. They confirmed we had everything. we were stranded on the day of departure because they didn’t process our visa. You will do yourself a favour booking on your own

BEWARE- Scammers and will say anything for you to buy a plane ticket! Left my kid sister (15) stranded on flights from Vietnam to Canada. She didn't know English and they ordered" the service using my credit card and Took no responsibility when I paid 300 dollars for her to be stranded anyways! They ordered aircanada services when it was China airlines she was flying! The first ticket was a complete fail and they failed to tell us she needed a VIETNAM PASSPORT to leave the country as a Viet citizen. She told us that all she needed was a Canadian passport! Didnt refund money and didn't care when we told her she left a 15 year old scrambling for help! Please save your time and do NOT  do business with these people. Money hungry people."
