Nice couple running this store. Went to get my leather oxfords repaired due to excessive wear and tear (5-6 year old shoes). They had them looking new and polished when I picked them up a few days later. Reasonable pricing considering it saved me a few hundred on buying a new pair of shoes. Highly recommend. Just explain to them clearly what you are looking for and they should be able to accommodate.

I only had positive experiences here. Very polite folks. I had some worn out heels and they patched them so well. All 3 of these shoes had soft spongy comfort soles (that wear out prematurely) and I got them to put denser layer over it and voila!

Great experience! I brought in 2 pairs of heeled sandals that were too wide and loose for my feet. Jina and Charles were very helpful and thoughtful of my needs, and offered solutions to make the shoes more snug. I can finally wear sandals I’ve had sitting in my closet for 3 years! I’d definitely recommend their shop for all your shoe/cobbler needs (they also do key cutting!)

Honest family business. Brought a pair of shoes for stretching. I explained it was brand new but too narrow for my feet. The couple took time to assess the shoe and area of discomfort. They were very honest and recommended to not go through the stretching since it was near the stitching which could cause damage to the shoe. I really appreciate the sincerity so I didn’t end up paying for something that was likely to not work out.

Came here to replace some shoe soles and watch batteries. The owners were very friendly and got everything done within 15 minutes. Prices were very reasonable, and service was great. I would definitely recommend this place for any kind of repair service.

In the space of a month I’ve come here multiple times to have my shoes polished, soles repaired, belts shortened, watch batteries and glass replaced, and watch straps adjusted. The proprietors are very friendly, and all the work has been of a high standard. I’m very happy with the service here and I’m definitely returning for my future needs.

I went here for the first time about 2 months back and my experience and the quality of work work so great that was meaning to write a review for sometime. I'll keep it simple. The customer service here is excellent. and they do quality repairs also they are very fair about cost as well as honest about the best way to repair your shoe watch or other things u may need help with. I live very far from here but will always come here anyways.
