Big Mountain Little Shuttle

Picked up on time from our Kelowna hotel. Stopped at supermarket( save on foods...huge!!) and then head up to Silver star. Roads and conditions where not great, but we arrived safely. The drive up was pretty, going past lakes starting to freeze over. Our return trip to the Airport was an early start, and we where picked up on time and arrived at airport in plenty of time! Both our drivers were friendly and took care on the roads to get us to our destinations. Anne was great to deal with via email, and it was great being able to head into Kelowna for the night before heading to the ski field. Would defiantly recommend and will use again on our next trip!

Anne was an absolute legend to deal with. She went over and above the call of duty to assist us especially after our plans were changed at the last minute due to our flights into Kelowna were cancelled for 24 hours. Her efforts to help us made our transition less stressful were greatly appreciated.Can’t recommend Anne and her team highly enough!

I booked big mountain little shuttle for our transfers between Big White and Silverstar and the airport in January The main reason being they could take us via the supermarket in Kelowna to do our grocery shopping prior to arriving in each resort (so much cheaper). Also if our plane was delayed they'd wait for us (the resort shuttles only wait 15 mins) For 2 of us the prices weren't much different to the resort shuttles. As we're from Australia I didn't want to hire a car and needed flexibilityBoth drivers on each trip were amazing. They arrived bang on time, and delivered us right to the door. They live locally and were both friendly and professional. The mini van was immaculately clean and took our skis and bags with ample space to spare. Rob even took us to 3 different supermarkets on the way to the airport until we found the right brand of maple syrup to take home!Anne answered all our emails from home promptly before we left and nothing was too much trouble.Highly recommend Big Mountain Little Shuttle transfers.
