Never ever used this company, worst customer service by far. Been here over an hour and a half, and now they come out and tell me I have to wait an other hour just because, they are very rude and don't handle packages well, they dropped my package right on front of me and acted like nothing happened. if I Can save anyone the disappointment and the head ache, don't use this company, Very unprofessional and they don't care about your package after you pay them. I would have rated 0 stars if I could.

The absolute worst to deal with, love to waste your time, never on time. Employees are super repulsive. I’ve dealt with them twice never ever again, now I ask my shippers to NOT use them if it’s my stuff come in. Avoid this company.

I received an eManifest and Pre Arrival Notice, eManifest: no problem; Pre Arrival Notice: a complete garbage. I had to email to correct it and still, sent me limited information. I had to email back the complete information so it can be copied and pasted. People must do their job correctly. Employees must learn how to input information correctly. They must understand that these documents are legal documents that gets audited yearly. I have to type the information I need for my Pre-Arrival Notice. Come on!

Super Service, fast responses to queries.Taisiia Zhyvan has been phenomenal with informative responses to emails and follow ups. No complaints here.

Bring exact change if you wish to pay with cash, they do not distribute change. Employees are incredibly unpleasant to deal with.

This is my second review. This is the second day I am waiting with my colleague for the delivery.They guaranteed us 8:30am delivery by third party. Now it is slightly after 1Pm.Do not waste your time with this company.This company does not deserve any stars.I am currently waiting for our delivery which was arranged and booked many weeks ago.Total Express does not service deliveries with trucks with tail gates majority of the time. They will simply expect you to unload a big crate yourself.It is now 4 hours and counting waiting for the delivery. This company will not even provide a confirmation for dates that you are asking for. They will tell you as the day approaches. No certainty ofTotal Express claims they have no truck to deliver in our area. They gave it to third party company which then had to give it to someone else with a truck which can handle the load.How does this company run as s business?Please people , please share your comments on this company.

0/10 stars - Do Not Use this company for anything - If you ask them to deliver package to you, they schedule it, then never show up. If they do show up, some stuff will be stolen or lost. If your package does come & they do delivery it, they will charge you a million dollars & ask you to un-load the whole truck by yourself. They have crazy high-prices for everything. There are 6 other Custom-Duty-Forwarders in Toronto that don't suck this bad - Do not use Total Express - If your shipper force you to use Total Express - GO PICK UP PACKAGE YOURSELF - IN PERSON - DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY SHIP OR DELIVER YOUR STUFF. AND EVERYTHING THAT HITS TOTAL EXPRESS WAREHOUSE WILL GET WET & RUINED.

i am trucker and give them service a year back and still waiting for payment for $15000.00. called and email many time but no answer. dont want to give them any start
