Great service. The owner, Dave, is friendly, very knowledgeable, and genuinely looks out for his customers. There is no push for extraneous repair work, and he will give you an honest upfront opinion of what needs to be done. And he is very considerate of your budget because if there is significant work to be done, he can prioritize what needs to be done first, lessening the blow on your wallet.

Don't let the location and outside look fool you!! This place is the best automotive to have you car taken care of. The employee who sit on the front desk today have awesome knowledge on car. Listen to your concern and check it right even you came there for other reason. He found one of issue without me telling him eventhough I knew what was the issue. That's how I know the guy is good. Worth every penny

I drove my car from the US to Canada and started having issues shortly after entering the country. Road runner was the first mechanic shop I could get to in Canada and I only had a single night of accomodations for myself, my wife, and my elderly in-laws. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and they helped me to get back home the same day. The mechanic was very friendly and honest. I'm so thankful that I ended up at their shop.

Genuine, honest, experienced, what more could you ask for?Tarn was very personable and I got nothing but good vibes from my first visit and conversation with him.He and his team performed car maintenance on my CX-5 the other day and it was a very positive experience.They worked quickly and priced me fairly.Looks like I've found my go-to auto mechanic.

Great service! Owner has tons of experience. Trustworthy, while able to quickly diagnose my check engine light. My car has never run so smooth after a quick fix in spark plugs and engine coil replacement.I take all my vechiles here now for oil changes and simple maintenance. Highly recommend. Safe your money by avoiding the dealership!Great work!!

Great service and you know that you're getting a fair price because they are extremely transparent about their prices. When I went to get a service and get my tire fixed they managed to fix everything on the same day and quote me the difference between all the quality of each product. Knowledgeable and professional.

I took my BMW X3 there after being quoted between 3-5 thousand dollars elsewhere for engine work! I ended up taking it to Roadrunner for a second opinion and with $130 my car was running good as new! My only complaint is that I asked them to check my tire as I thought I had a nail in it and was told it was fine, by the time I got home I had a flat!Overall I am very grateful for their services and fair prices!
