They go the extra mile here. My white dress shirt had a huge red wine stain. It took four treatments but eventually they got it out! Only charged me the cost of one. That's customer service.

$50 to clean a leather jacket, but DAMN did they clean it, and completely restored all the leather. I’ll get years more out of it

Brought in my favourite coat and a second pea coat. My favourite coat has pleather patches on it, and the person did not identify them as an issue at all. I figured he was going to spot clean the wool/the dirt on the wool on the back. Well, I just took it out of the bag and and the tassels are destroyed and parts of the pleather are peeling off. The dry cleaner should know the materials that cannot go through their system and need spot-cleaning. They also let me pick it up without telling me that there was an incident. That is unacceptable to me. To top it off, the other pea coat is still covered in tons of fuzz. Next time I clearly need to inspect things before paying and ask a million questions. I'll be calling to try to get a full refund. But please learn from my mistake and do not trust this business with your clothes.

Got a 3-piece suit and dress shirt dry cleaned for $50 after tax. Pretty reasonable for a downtown location. Turnaround was also quick. The store owner is friendly.

I'd 100% recommend them! The attention is nice, reasonable prices and good quality. They replaced a broken pant zipper within 5 days and the new one is really good.
