We have used Big Steel Box more than once because the company is THAT good. Our moves were not simple affairs but BSB met our needs on the highest levels possible.

Excellent experience with BSB - had to request the box sooner than planned and Hailey was able to make it work for us. Great value and service, and easy to use - we stored an entire workshop in our 20' box while we were unpacking after a move and having the garage re-done. Communication was excellent when calling in and with the drivers. No fuss drop-off and pick up too - the bin was placed exactly where we wanted it and wood was put down to protect our driveway. We will definitely use them again!

The experiace with big steel box was great. The agent made sure the box was delivered the day it was supposed to be ,picked up and delivered as schedualed. there was only one thing that was notdone and that was I was not asked if I had AIR MILES so I guess we miss out on that. That is the only thing that I would say did not go write. Good company and Yes I would use BIG STEEL BOX again with out a second thought. Thanks again!!

We remodelled our main floor and needed to move our belongings out of the house- this option was the perfect solution! Great service and super clean units. We had access to our belongings when we needed to which was very convenient. I highly recommend this company! Fantastic service and very easy to deal with!

We got a quote for our move, everything looked good so we accepted, paid a deposit and requested the bin for drop off. When it was packed we scheduled the pick up and what we thought was the approval to ship it. Unfortunately, the bin never left the bigsteelbox yard, so when we arrived at our new location in a new province we didn't have access to the bin. When we called to inquire where it was, we were told it wasn't sent and that it was waiting in the yard still. Speaking with management at this location, we were told it was our fault for not notifying them to send it out. We asked the manager for a discount because of the delay and then he never got back to us, even when I left 2 messages and multiple emails... nothing. They advertise a discount of 10% off for referrals, and I would have given a referral if they had better customer service but I won't be and I suggest if you use this company to call about the status of your bin regularly.To respond to your message below. Authorization was provided to charge the card on file for pick up and to start the shipment process. When we spoke to the manager he said he checked the phone call transcripts but when we asked if he had checked the call with Janelle he hadn't, so we asked him to check all the phone call transcripts. Maybe some are missing from your system or there was an error? He never responded with what he found. He did leave me a voice-mail after this review was posted, but I would l rather communicate by email.

Very clean storage, insulated (our things were in good condition even though it’s winter time) and good/responsive customer service.

I want to thank Big Steel Box for literally saving the day on our move. The staff are courteous, friendly, polite and professional. I was overwhelmed and they assured me everything would be taken care of. Drivers arrived on time, very polite and knowledgable. Extremely happy with the service I was provided with! Thank you for taking the stress out of an extremely big move!!

Steve dropped off in April and Alex picked up today late September, both men were courteous, friendly and professional. It takes real talent to maneuver those big trucks and pick up the 20 ft. container. Our drop off and pick up sight was in a really, really tight spot but they did it. I will ALWAYS use BSB for all my storage/moving needs, super impressed with the service!! Kudos to all!!

If you need storage during a renovation or extended time to keep your things during a move-in or move-out, this company provides an excellent, efficient and convenient service. We needed to extend our time and for less than the cost of an off-site storage unit and absolutely no stress in talking to the people in the office, it was an easy decision. I would absolutely recommend BigSteelBox.
