This place is amazing and there other location on Scott street in St.Catharine’s is amazing as well. The staff really care about animals and you can tell in there customer service and there knowledge. The stores hold amazing products and they’re always updating inventory with new and exciting products.

Above and beyond. I’m so impressed by the effort they put in to providing quality pet food. It seems that the conversation surrounding what to feed your pet can be controversial, and in my opinion, they’ve done a great job of offering great quality products regardless of your pets diet! They even offer additional goodies and have an incredible return policy. If your pet isn’t fond of a new food, they’ll take it back. I just make sure to keep my receipt.

The store looks really awful inside. It's very old and run-down looking. Walking in, does not give a good feeling. I gave 2 stars because at least they sell generally healthier pet foods than some other pet stores. The owner, a tall blonde woman with glasses is courteous, as is her daughter(?) with blonde hair, but there is another female employee who makes faces, rolls her eyes, and acts downright rude if you ask her any questions. The past few times, I've had the unfortunate displeasure of being served by her at the cash. She is why I don't go there anymore.

I had an issue with my box of raw food my dog would turn her nose up with the chicken but was ok to eat the beef and blend from the same box. Weird considering the blend is made out of chicken. I met this super friendly and helpful girl named Shawna. She helped me out with providing me with some sample food until I got back home. I brought back the box of raw with the chicken patties and she gave me my money back. It wasn’t about the money I just didn’t want another dog to experience the same it could’ve been that batch. Shawna is a great asset to that location. Every time I go into that store they are always smiling and friendly. Shout out to Shawna great customer service.

Great customer service , good options for holistic pet foods. Will definitely do the travel considering some of their products are hard to find anywhere else but completely worth it considering they are amazing for your dogs health such as milk thistle which ironically is really hard to find! Definitely recommend this store for owners looking for a healthier alternative to regular pet food and treats.

I can only give one star because it offers wider range of pet food. The good reviews seem like they might be bought because the staff is no where near the wordfriendly".The whole store has a miserable vibe and the staff seems like they don't know how to communicate well. No smile

They never have the dog food I need and all their toys and treats are so overpriced. 3 stars because the service is great and they take air miles, and sometimes you get toys on sale. It’s good if you want to sneak in and buy your dog a little cookie.
