RITUAL Nordic Spa

I appreciate that they want this to be a social space, but my experience was just two girls talking the whole time while everyone else sat awkwardly. It made it really hard to relax. At scandinave, for example, there is a no talking policy and it’s so much more relaxing. I totally understand the idea behind it being more social but in this case it wasn’t working. I also found the salt room to very mediocre compared to again- the relax rooms at the Scandinave- which are so comfortable and relaxing. The massage here was great so that was the silver lining. Riva was excellent.There was also no hot tub which I was surprised by. Just a sauna, steam room and a cold plunge. Just a heads up for anyone who looks hot water therapy. Overall I probably wouldn’t return because I didn’t find the atmosphere to be relaxing enough to make it worth the price.

Overall a relaxing experience, the facilities are nice and sparkling clean. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. All components of the nordic circuit were quite small (sauna/steam room, cold plunge, and the salt room) and was unfortunately quite overcrowded. We were all packed in the sauna/steam room like sardines, and there were multiple instances where I had nowhere to sit in the salt room and had to sit on the bench where everyone hangs up their towels which stung considering I paid $60. They do have seating on an outdoor courtyard but there's no heat lamps/fire and it was a cold and windy day, so that probably contributed to feeling like there was no space to sit and relax. Despite the overcrowding we did observe that there were a few staff members also doing the circuit... can't they use the facilities during a slow time so that paying customers can have a bit of breathing room?I did still have a good time, and I'd definitely come back if it wasn't so crowded.

Had such an amazing experience here this past Saturday! Alice and Brooke were very personable, friendly, and helpful. The spa is self is so beautiful, relaxing, and inviting. We will definitely be back!

A wonderful hot - cold circuit. Both the steam room and sauna were perfectly hot and cleansing. The cold plunge was chilly and invigorating. I enjoyed chatting with the other guests, as everyone is relaxed and happy to be there. Great way to connect with others, while sharing a healing experience.

Pretty sweet spa, decent sauna and nice steam room. Cold plunge was refreshing with the bucket or fully submerged in the mini pool. Just wish the robes weren’t an extra charge.

Staff was super friendly and the booking went super smooth! Its a nice facility but could be a lot more relaxing than it was…Very crowded In the circuit, there was around 15 people altogether in the sauna/ steam room/ cold plunge and salt room. It’s a bit hectic having that much people around and all squeezing in the sauna and change rooms etc.I would have expected like 8 people in that space but was wrong. A few people had mentioned it wasn’t even as busy as some days.

A new experience for me, really enjoyed it! The space is lovely, open and bright natural light, great design. Felt good to spend time in a social space, in sauna with others. I also really liked being able to spend time on patio in between. Thought I would stick to the hot part of the circuit but after watching others got up the courage for a cold plunge... and it was great! Interesting to learn new things about wellness and different therapies, and how our body/mind react. They told me I would be super hungry later and sleep well, and they were right! Overall was a very enjoyable afternoon and healthy too. Recommend highly.

We came on a Monday afternoon (just after lunch) with the intention of picking a quieter time, and were successful! It was a really lovely experience - the whole facility feels impeccably clean and well-maintained. The large plants contribute so much to the space.Still, if you go into the experience hoping for a serious and silent time, you’re setting yourself up with unfair expectations. Part of the fun of it is witnessing other people also do their best with the cold plunge, and sharing a grin at the challenge.

I've never experienced a Nordic circuit spa before so this was my first time. The staff was extremely friendly and took the time to explain all of the amenities and its benefits. I had to make a couple phone calls prior to my arrival and they were quick to answer the phone and welcomed my questions with support. The environment is quaint, and exceptionally clean! I felt immediately comfortable and taken care of. The patrons are also wonderful and friendly. I'm looking forward to making Ritual Nordic Spa a priority whenever I am in town! Thank you!
