Good service from the pharmacist. But very slow to get prescriptions. Over 15 minutes wait time when there aren’t that many people in the store.

Wonderful staff, great service. We had our flu vaccines booked for today and the pharmacist was amazing with my 3 and 5 yr olds.

Normally the staff are very helpful and friendly, however today that was not the case. A man yelled at my 2 year old for touching toys. Won't be returning.

Cette pharmacie fait un suivi avec nous pour assurer que nos medicaments et la dose est appropriee. Je suis cliente depuis 7 ans. Le service est incroyable. Ils prennent leur temps pour bien expliquer. Je n'ai plus besoin d'aller chez le medecin pour des tests d'urine et dans le besoin, ils me prescrivent eux-meme des medicaments efficace. Ils donnent de bons conseils. Ils sont toujours patients et professionnels.

Purchased an $11 medication, arrived home to discover the package was empty. I returned to the store to exchange it the employee was kind and went to speak with the manager. He exchanged the medication but said he found my story hard to believe. It was a rather embarrassing medication and a rather low price. This is unacceptable.

After more than 2 years of the Pandemic we are so blessed to have these members of the Health Care community in our region. I had an Ottawa Pharmacy transfer a prescription to our Familprix. The Pharmacist and her team went above and beyond trying to navigate the cross border bureaucracy with a less than helpful other pharmacy. They took an urgent and personal interest in our health. Thank you to you and your team for everything especially over the past 2 years.
