I travel a lot for work and hotel gyms aren't that great. The staff seems nice. Excellent facilities, and a drop in day pass is about 11 bucks.

Activities for everyone. I enjoy the atmosphere and seeing young families together. It's a bit busy for my taste. Seems like a fitness factory. I admit I'm a solitude is best for exercise" fellow. It's only an opinion of a geezer

Nice facilities but..... Unless you want things stolen, Make sure you lock your locker. Make sure your shoes are in said locker. And don't bring your towel into the pool area.

Kids always have fun here. The pool is great when not too crowded. They always enjoy the slide and rope swing. Booster Juice is available and always a great treat. We bring our students here for swimming lessons. I haven't worked out in the gym or used the floors but there is always people using them or the ice rink for something.

Great place to go for families or just on you own.The exercise facilities are well maintained and clean. Lots of different activities available.The pool, hot tub and steam room are also great.

Way over priced. Half the time I come here they lie to you to get you through and then they have the diving boards and/or waterslide closed... They told me today their pool didn't have enough water in it... Thanks for taking my $17 though, for me and my 5 yr old to swim... Compared to some place like Calgary which is $10 but Hey I guess this place is made out of gold or something

Got a one month pass and tried going here to workout, since it's close to where I'm staying. Unfortunately, there's not enough equipment and the fact that it's 14+ means a lot of young teens attending (usually in groups of 2-4) with no understanding of gym etiquette. If you're interested in the other amenities, or have kids, this facility is pretty good. If you're an avid gym goer, just looking to get a squat rack, I really wouldn't recommend. On the plus side, you'll definitely hit your steps walking around in circles, waiting for equipment to open up
