Snore MD Sleep Apnea Clinic Ladner

This is the best Snore Md location and Sleep apnea place I have been to. The level or professionalism and service delivered from both Kerri and Nicki is something I have not seen before . Not only were they welcoming and polite but they were not pushy sales people and actually took a genuine care in regards to the quality of my sleep. If I could give 10 or 20 stars I would. I bought a pack of filters and didn't realize I dropped them and I was called right away to see if they were mine and they were. Best place ever, will def be dealing with this location for as long as I am using my machine and will be recommending this place to all my friends and family!

My only regret is waiting so long before visiting here! Its been just over one month using my CPAP unit, and I am noticing an improvement in the quality of my sleep. The Snore MD team, specifically Ally, were excellent throughout the process. I was educated in what to expect throughout the entire process and received great advice and guidance throughout the trial phase with my unit. We ended up switching to a pillow mask shortly into my trial as I didn’t find the other mask comfortable at all. I went back in and got fitted for the new mask along with advice on what to expect (which was right on point). Ally followed up the next day to see how things went with the new mask. There was no pressure or rush to close on the trial, the team followed-up regularly. Once I was satisfied it was an easy decision to proceed with purchasing the unit primarily due to the service I received. Its clear they take customer service seriously; they set a high bar and meet it as far as I am concerned. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. You are in good hands. I can’t say enough about the terrific staff at SnoreMD in Ladner. In particular Parveen an Kuljit. Informative, patient and helpful as I navigated through this new area of my life. I definitely recommend this location!

What wonderful experience. This is the second clinic I have been too. They went above and beyond my expectations. They were so understanding and humble. Most people don't understand how feels when you're scared to go to sleep, but these guys do. They sent tons of time with me. I had a great experience at the Ladner location. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They were very thorough on their health history questionnaire and took the time to explain the whole procedure. We brought home our testing kit for two nights which was easy to apply. Easy to follow instructions. Got the information we needed from our sleep test to go for further testing at a sleep clinic. It was also interesting to see the print out of how my sleep test went and how many times I stopped breathing throughout the night. I liked seeing the tangible results.

Excellent care and information. I'm so glad I had the free testing done it was simple and easy do. The RT was very helpful and answered all my questions with no pressure to buy. The trial period was great, I had more questions/tweaks to what worked best for meand now I have good sleep, improved blood pressure readings, no snoring at all or breathing problems. Having Airway Therapy has been a life saver for me.
