I purchased a minibus from Carnegie Cars about 7 months ago. Since I hadn't had a vehicle of my own before I had to contact the dealer several times for either advice and/or some sort of assistance and I must say that the help and customer service provided was second to none. I can confirm that Jeff, David and the rest of the team went the extra mile with their support on more than one occasion. Definitely recommend this dealer!! Friendly, professional, accurate and supportive. 5 star service indeed!!

The car that I purchased had its MOT retest just days before. After owning the car for less than 48 hours, I had a flat tyre. With no spare, I had to call the AA. The AA man couldn't believe it when he saw that the flat tyre was BALD with wire sticking out of it (an automatic 3 points if stopped by the police). It would have been impossible for the car to have passed its MOT retest with that tyre, Carnegie Cars knowingly took the legal tyre off, replaced it with a bald one and hoped that I wouldn't notice.

They were excellent! They answered all of our very basic questions without making us feel silly for asking. They gave us helpful information without being at all pushy or forceful. It really felt like we could take our time and make an informed decision, but equally they were there if we needed help or advice. If you're looking for a genuine and reliable used car dealership I would highly recommend Carnegie. They were friendly and made buying a new (used) car feel easy. Also, I think we got a great deal!

We bought a 2007 Peugeot 107 from Carnegie Cars in May 2018. Jeff Biggar, the owner of the business, was extremely helpful and straightforward. He was keen to understand what was important to us and gave us plenty of time and opportunity to look over and test drive the cars that interested us. He agreed to replace some items before we bought our chosen car and he kept to an agreed timetable for doing this. He was very pleasant throughout and easy to deal with. We have had no problems with the car since we bought it two months ago and are delighted with it.

No pushy sales techniques, very competitive pricing and a great range of stock make Carnegie an excellent alternative to the faceless big name franchises. Fantastic second hand car garage. Excellent selection of cars. Stock always changing. Found a great little run about car here. Staff (Jeff) is very friendly and approachable. Car came fully serviced and with a warranty. Will definitely come back here for my next car.
