Frederic met with us to discuss a few fence repairs. He was pleasant, professional and offered some good suggestions and ultimately provided what I considered to be a fair and reasonable estimate. Ultimately we did not proceed with the repair - damage we incurred from the May storm changed our requirements to full fence replacement as opposed to repair. Regardless of the time and effort he had put into providing our estimate and getting us in the queue for scheduling, he was totally agreeable to cancelling the job contract and reimbursing my deposit. I would certainly use this company for any future fence repair requirements, and would highly recommend to others.

Fredrick and his team are exceptional. They have an amazing work ethic. Arrive on time and provide quality workmanship. They were really great with our big protective dog named paisley. Frederic and his team are top professionals. When discussing a start date, he mentioned that they were very busy and that he would be able to complete the work in late September. Even though we were not concerned about when the work would be done, we were very pleased when he was able to make time for us in late July. His email communication with us was virtually immediate and we never had to wait for a reply. When it came time to do the work, he showed up with his team and our fence was put up in two days, just as he had proposed. His team was very friendly and the work was done impeccably. Just as importantly, they left the site the way they found it; clean and clear of any debris. We even had two delicate vines that were attached to the old fence that needed to be carefully laid down. They were not disturbed at all during the work and I was able to re-attach them, undamaged, to the new fence. All-in-all, we would hire Frederic and his team with no hesitation whatsoever and, in fact, we have asked him for quotations for additional work we plan on doing next year. True professionalism, quality work, honest and straight-forward, does precisely what is proposed!

My fence like many others fell victim to the storm On May 21/2022. I have a pool and a dog. This created stress that someone could come into the yard with the fence down and fall into the pool, as well as the dog getting out of the yard. Check out our newly repaired fence! Our old wobbly fence section was a source of concern with all the nasty weather we have been seeing in Ottawa. These are the guys to call when your fence is on the ground after a storm. Fence Repairs Ottawa Team did a great job in record time (2 days). Great attention to detail and no surprises. We were most pleased with the repair work completed by Fred and Scott. The extraction of two cedar posts and replacement with two new cedar posts was done with the utmost impressive professionalism. The work to remove both of the old posts was challenging but was completed without taking a break until the posts were installed and the cedar wood panels were re-attached.In addition, the bottom and hinge-side frame to our cedar wood gate had rotted and these were replaced with the same impressive professionalism. Our gate was also re-aligned in order to open and close much more easily.Fred promptly replied to our questions by email and by phone, as opposed to the lack of response from other fencing companies that we attempted to obtain quotes for repair work. The favourable price for the work completed was very reasonable. Frederic and his team built a fence and retaining wall for us this summer and the end result was exceptional. We love it! The fence line was not an easy one.
