I strongly recommend Aseman Agency! Great customer support from beginning to the end of travel. Our agent was Mrs. Farnoush. She, patiently and friendly, helped us from the start point to the end. She was always available to answer our questions and concerns about the trip. Aseman travel will be my first choice going forward and I highly recommend this agency.

It is my only wish to give it a zero-star rating. Last year, I purchased a ticket and was unable to get aboard due to some difficulties. In the end, I had to purchase another ticket to return because Air Canada canceled my return flight and Aseman did nothing to assist me. Upon my return, I had some correspondence with Air Canada, and they opened my ticket but told me to rebook it via the same travel agency. The Aseman agency has not booked my ticket since I asked them over 2 months ago. They don't even answer my call anymore! What a great customer service experience for a customer who has been with them for more than a decade.In your response to your reply; I bought my ticket from Aseman travel, Mehrnoosh and I lost a lot of money for trusting you. I won't trust you again and don't recommend you to anyone. By the way, nice try to pretend this review is not about you.

It is a very good travel agency and I recommend it. We had a chance to book a vacation through them to Mexico and from the start point to the end, they were very helpful to us.Farnoush, patiently and friendly helped us to find the best resort and also gave us all pros and cons of every options that existed.I would like to thank Aseman travel and especially Mrs. Farnoush for making this good experience with them.

Aseman travel and Mr. Talebzadeh are amazing! He went beyond his responsibilities on his day off to make sure that we get the best tickets. We got very great support before and even after the trip.
