Scam of a company!!! Do not order! They will take your money, send you a form letter saying thanks for letting them take your money and then you never hear from them again! Tried contacting several times in many diff forms. Nada.

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY RESEARCH ONLINE as there are hundreds of complaints about them charging and not sending what you order, no one answers the phone, they don't reply to voice mails and emails are not answered. this is a scam company. Please visit the better business bureau to to see all the complaints. Diane beauty supply IS ALSO AFFILATED WITH Canada beauty supply that also did not respond to my several voice and emails. Both theses suppliers are scammers. Beware

This store MUST BE A SCAM, not a legitimate business, takes your money and sends you NO product, ordered on 1/2/2023 posted money on my credit card 1/3/2023, sent several emails have called twice , they will not answer emails, return phone calls only takes messages saying we can not take your call leave a message we will call you back, GUESS WHAT NO CALL BACK. If there was a minus star I would give it a -10!!!!

I bought an item online that they didn't have in inventory. the sent me an email saying it will be refunded but it didn't. I tried emailing them and texting them numerus times but nobody answers. So I basically paid 70$ for absolutely nothing. It just went to their pockets.Absolutely HORRIBLE service.

My shipment got lost but not by Canada Beauty Supply but by Canada Post. The lady was so awesome to deal with over the phone. Customer service is not like the bad reviews they do care and they do what they can for their customers.Do not believe all the bad commentsRecommend thank you so much :)

Three emails , three phone calls, NO answer!I this point I would call it stealing and fraud. Ordered from Diane Beauty Supply, same address as Canada Beauty supply. Different emails and phone numbers and STILL NO ANSWER. I just lost 107$ … should’ve read the reviews on Google .. I wish I would’ve before ordering since 90% are negative and having the same problem as me.Maybe by writing this here I’ll get answers on where my order is or I want a REFUND.
