Took a while for staff to acknowledge me in line as they messed around with POS machine. Placed order after waiting for 6 minutes of being first in line. 3 stars as first week open and still learning. Looking forward to a better 2nd experience.Presented coupon in-store but has to be physical. Coupon didn't mention digital or physical presentation.Over oolong milk tea was good. Presentation consistent with other franchises.Disappointing experience.FYI - while waiting they were setting staff up on POS system. Staff said code out loud. The code is a control to hold the register signee responsible for cash in machine. Hope she has trusted co-workers .
