mail clerk was rude, not helpful, and typed in the wrong address despite me spelling it out for her verbally. I think she was distracted by the chaos of her coworker. The man paired with her frustrated and embarrassed me to the point I felt I needed to explain I was unaware of shipping processes. My package was obviously shipped to the wrong place and I had to pay again to have it shipped to the address I gave her. I hope it arrives on time. They were both unprofessional, but the girl was much easier to work with. just go to a different shoppers!

Was followed around rudely and obviously by security and another cashier.I understand that everyone has a job to do but I was doing my best to comparitive shop for a good price on diapers for my friends newborn baby.When I asked some questions of the cashier helping with the surveillance he was short and very rude.Overall, bad style, poor customer relations and the whole experience left me feeling judged negatively.

pharmacists give you attitude, take forever for refills even when called in 2-3days prior, delivery time is never estimated and you have to wait hoursss, Called in to have meds transfered to go into the place and be told it wasnt done, lack of effort, communication and downright rude and lazy

I'm at post offices on a weekly basis and the post office in this Shoppers at Kingsway mall in Edmonton is the absolute worst one of all. The staff that run it are are extremely rude and unprofessional. For example they refused to mail out my package because I was re-using an old FedEx box and they're was a small FedEx logo on the side of the box. First I chuckled because I thought she was joking but no she was dead serious! She got really upset and told me that if she accepts the box then she is supporting their main competetor. After waiting in line for almost an hour at this point I just wanted to get this done so I politely asked if I can borrow her black sharpy felt pen and scribble over the FedEx logo to which she just refused. Talk about a hostile attitude towards another company. Now when I'm forced to go there there there is also a touch tablet where you have to sign your name to pickup packages and at the end of the transaction there is a customer survey that pops up that asks please rate how happy you are with out service from 1-10. Everytime it pops up the cashier reaches over the counter and gives herself a perfect 10 rating! I've seen them doing this for every customer that I watched that was before me. So don't trust their own" rating" system as it's pure lies. I would love to say that this was just a one off experience but I've had the same experiences every time that I have to go there for last 5 years or so. I wish I lived in a different area so my packages don't get rerouted here for pickups."

The Sales associate ask the security to go to the boutique section after I enter in and stay while I’m looking for a cologne.I decided to go to aisle 1 and see if there’s something I can buy and then I saw the security standing near me. Even going back to boutique section to pay, the security was standing there! Why do this employee needs to call security and ask them to follow the customer?It’s the first time that happens to me followed by a security. I’m a regular customer of this shoppers location.

This is kinda sad I have to rate 3 stars. I've been going here to the pharmacy for years and never had problem even know some of the pharmacist by first name. I was astonished at the tone and the wording of the newer blonde working there and this is not the first time that she has a bad tone. I really don't think she likes working there. I was waiting beside a few gentlemen, waiting for their prescription and she snarked are you here for a prescription or something" I was just waiting and looking at my phone waiting for my turn in line. All I ask is maybe a good morning or a hello how can I help you. I'll be moving providers as I work in retail and I would of been pulled aside for speaking that way to a customer. Thank you for the long run of great service and good luck to the future"

The ladies in the cosmetics/perfume section were helpful and very pleasant to talk to. I very much appreciate that they offered gift wrapping.

The pharmacist (Megan I think her name was) that helped me over the phone and filled my prescription yesterday is easily the most pleasant pharmacy employee I've ever encountered in Edmonton. Quick in and out trip, she even remembered my name from my voice.

Went to the pharmacy looking for Tylenol or Advil for a sick child. There was none on the shelf. I know there is a shortage. I went to the pharmacy desk and asked the pharmacist assistant if they had any. She said no. I asked if they could compound some she said they were out of the necessary material. I then asked what dose of adult medication I could use. This is when she sighed, turned to a drawer opened it and handed me a bottle of children's Tylenol. She flat out lied to me and if I hadn't persisted I would have left without what I needed. I wonder how many other parents she turned away. I went back and spoke to the pharmacist about it who apologized but to me what she did was lazy, unprofessional and potentially harmful. Don't trust the staff here.

I came here to get my COVID vaccine, and Nadeem Ashraf was fantastic! I really appreciate his professionalism and eagerness to help. We need more pharmacists who are as kind and courteous as he is. Thank you for all your help, Nadeem!
