I’d like to thank Karl for the valuable work we’ve done together. Often, when I was in a jam and needed to get something off my mind without really knowing where I was going, Karl was able to summarize, reflect and get me to think about what was important to me at the time. His helpful questions allowed me to reflect on what I was saying and to come up with thoughts I’m sure I wouldn’t have had if I’d just been alone in my head. The value of the approach is the structure Karl gives to the session, his curiosity and unbiased commitment to my well-being. Thank you, Karl!
