Worse customer service. Don’t expect any of their employees to welcome you. Rude arrogant and ignorant

I entered the store to inquire about the crested CM sweater on display. I had 3 of them at one time. The orginal sales clerk was polite and professional (5 star). I hope her efforts are recognized. Then another clerk interjected and insisted they did not have my size (xxl). Icy. It felt like she thought I didn't fit their target customer profile. The original clerk then produced an xxl from off the rack. If it was around $65 I would have bought it but not for $125. I said I would come back when it goes on sale. The second clerk said it doesn't go on sale. They are having a 30% Off Everything sale with some exclusions" (small print). Then a third sales clerk showed me a sign that said crested CM sweaters are excluded but the website said they are 30% off at the cash."

Stay away from the Rideau CM Store. Very poor client service experience. The staff is rude, and it's difficult to make a refund because of irregular store hours (I had to make a trip three times with no luck). Also, they give gift cards instead of money refunds if you paid with PayPal online, which is unacceptable. Will not be going back or recommend to friends.Besides, tired of seeing only super skinny and women modeling Club Monaco fashion. Women's bodies are different - we want to see how the clothes would look on different body types. It's time for change!

I have been shopping at CLUB MONACO since it first opened its doors. A lot of the stuff there has really gone down in quality! What a pity. But that’s half the story.Not sure what is wrong with manager Marcel! He was rude to one of the staff and rude to me. At the end I got what I wanted, the reimbursement of a poor quality sweater. I had provided all my information prior to the corporation and to a fantastic manager named Jordan. Yet, he tried to ask questions he already had answers to! May be working somewhere where he does not have to deal with the public or staff could be a solution. That kind of obnoxious behaviour should not be tolerated by CLUB MONACO.

I received great customer service at this location, the staff lady was happy to provide recommendation. Didn't end up getting anything because the sizing is not petite friendly. You could clearly tell it was made for tall people.

I stopped by the Rideau location on my break after 6+ different stores of various price points trying to find a dress for a country, outdoor wedding. When I entered I was greeted immediately, given a minute to browse and then approached by Anna to see if I needed help. At this point I was done trying to sort myself out with no luck and gave a slightly picky list of wants in a dress. Anna listened and showed me around to dresses that were various styles but all met what I was looking for. She remained close enough to the fitting room to be available without being intrusive or pushy. ALL of her suggestions were on point. She gave great feedback and helped me decide which dress to pick. I was so delighted with her engagement that I complimented her and made sure the leader knew how much I appreciated her. She was genuine in her desire to help me and a complete pleasure! I later found out this was her 1st job and 3rd shift! Well done on an amazing hire! I will be back for more help buying clothes and hope Anna is working.

The clothing is nice but some staff are poorly trained. They do not know their own policies and do not honour what they say. The sales associate told me that she would apply my student discount on a final sale item but she did not. When I was ready to leave the store and realized she made a mistake, I asked her about the extra discount and then she told me that she won't give it to me because it's a final sale item. I would have appreciated it if she was up front about it instead of deceiving me. Not even an apology.

This store and its staff deserve all five stars. I rarely shop there because the prices are higher than I would typically pay but I decided to stop in today and check out some sale items. Within seconds of arriving, Aslan greeted my daughter and I and asked me if he could offer her a candy. He was so kind to both of us throughout our visit that he made an impression on me that I'm sure will last. Rachel provided excellent, attentive service as a sales associate. The clothing is just so beautiful, unique and high-quality, and it's inspiringly paired and displayed. Without hesitation, I would recommend this store based on my wonderful experience there today.

I liked the Club Monoco at the Rideau Centre. It had a good selection of men's wear unlike other Club Monocos that I have visited. The store was well organized. Staff members were friendly and helpful. The store had a good selection of casual and more dressy type clothing. And, because we visited toward the end of the season, we were able to take advantage of some good sales.

Great service, everyone there, especially Badr was very helpful when my girlfriend needed some new business wear.
