My basketball shoes started to wear-out inside the heel. I brought it to this location, I just looked them up near my area. It was very close, so I came by and asked if they would be able to fix the padding in my shoes or make adjustments.Same day, within an hour, Adrian was kind enough to accommodate me quickly and repair same day.I highly recommend this spot if you need to fix any rips or tears in any of your sneakers.

Adrian of BioPed in the Kingsway provided the highest level of service from his quick attention to my needs, his full explanation of how a knee brace could help me, to the fitting of the brace and helping with a pair of shoes that would complement the brace and deal with an additional foot problem. It is refreshing and super convenient to deal with a professional who is friendly and competent. Adrian is that.

My experience at BioPed was an extremely positive one. The clinic is clean, comfortable and well laid out. Everyone who works there are friendly, professional and very helpful.Ashtyn took the time to explain everything and made sure that I understood and felt comfortable with my new orthopedic insoles. I recommend both her and the clinic highly. Your feet will be in good hands.

Ashlyn went above and beyond to come up with a pair of custom orthotics to meet my needs. She was attentive, professional while providing great customer service. The receptionist provided a warm, inviting caring environment upon entry to the store. Ashlyn informed me they will be calling me back in 3 weeks to see how the orthotics are working and will make any tweaks to them, if required. Thank you, Bioped for excellent service! My feet appreciate your tender loving care!
