I've only recently started shopping here (maybe about 5 or 6 months now), but no other store in the mall makes me feel so welcome. The staff always takes the time to smile and help me find what I need. I bought three pairs of jeans and a shirt from here just last week and I love them! Highly recommend!

Amazing prices and great customer service

Sales associates are more interested in chatting with each other than acknowledging their customers.

I went into bootlegger with both my parents. My mom is in a wheelchair and has a service dog in training. The customer service was incredible. We were promptly greeted by the employee and he assisted me in finding pants. He grabbed me a few pairs and brought me to the fitting room. He was prompt in finding me different styles and sizes until I was happy. He did an incredible job at not acknowledging the service dog (more people can learn from him). He shopped for me. I didn't have to go find anything myself.Unfortunately I was a last minuite customer along with someone else. He didn't rush us and was super patient.He reminded me to sign up for the texts to save $5.00 and renewed our bootlegger membership to save me money today.I happily left with my 2 pairs of jeans and I plan to go back!!Thank you to whoever helped me this evening, thank you for making finding pants that fit possible and as easy as it could be.

I love this store! This is the only place I can buy jeans and pants in the hard-to-find sizes my family and I need. The sales people go above and beyond to help and really know the products they sell.
