Great Customer Service! They’re one of my suppliers for hair extensions. Always have knowledgeable helpful girls at the Surrey showroom! If there was one issue I could say is that I sometimes need a rush on hair extensions and special orders take two weeks. I wish I could pay extra for FedEx or a rush delivery. I wouldn't rate them lower because of it though. It might be against policy? Either way great beauty supply, knowledgeable and helpful staff.
