I bought a lot of items at this store. The design was great, the prices were great...three of the items I bought were defective. I'm going to keep a defective dining table (missing legs and hardware, so I had to get the missing pieces from the floor model) because I love the looks of it, but I'm going to have to hire someone to drill holes that should have been pre-drilled. There were no instructions re assembly. I just assembled a floor lamp (which is so defective that it can't be properly assembled, so it looks ridiculous) and also doesn't work. I bought a pasta/steamer pot exactly like an old one I wanted to replace, however, the pasta strainer, the steamer, and the lid don't fit properly, and the lid is missing a piece of glass, so it's useless. I did buy some sheets and some rope baskets that so far seem to be of high quality for an excellent price. After I return the floor lamp and the pasta pot, I won't be shopping there again. Also, the customer service is spotty...a couple very helpful employees and a difficult employee who was hard to deal with.

This store has 0 customer service skills. I placed an order online for some blinds. For 2 weeks I did not hear anything from them until I emailed and my money was refunded with no reason why. I asked why my my order was canceled, the response I received was the blinds that I ordered were discontinued. I went back To the website and they were there but at an increased price. I also ordered a table, I had call to follow up on my order. I picked up the table and decided that it is too big for where I want to keep it. The table has not been used. I called to see if they would refund my money and they said no. The table was ordered exactly 30 days ago. They have a 30 day return policy but I did not pick up the table until a week after I ordered it. They said they will not refund me my money. Very bad service. The prices might be good but very poor service and basically no one that can be reached. Even through an email, no one responds.

This is one of the worst shopping experiences I had with no support and I did not receive my purchase.I ordered a single item, then no update for about 3 weeks. I tried calling every number I saw for the business, only one responded. Only one location responded and they didn't have any information to help me. The Gatineau location number was just a guy's personal message. Then I left an email to support, received no response for a week and just got my money returned.

cheaper quality stuff but useful for some things

They have many great things at good prices. The staff is friendly, but it's very messy, boxes everywhere and very unorganized.

The store is small but have a lots of stuff . Everything is cheap but you get why you pay for . Lots of deals . They have from furniture to cloth to bedrooms to kitchen to bathroom everything . The highlight of the store is the lady on the cash so nice so welcoming . She makes you feel valued and happy .

Good store and very cheap prices comparing to other store! I tried the day & night curtains, they are of decent quality and cheap prices! Great value for money, tried other bathroom and kitchen stuff at very competitive prices.I should also mention the friendly staff at the store who were very helpful.Worth trying it!

Really nice workers they are ready to help you no matter what it is. I bought jean they were mark down on the rack when went to it was full price the lady didn't argue when I mentioned it was mark down she just adjusted the price with a smile. K love the store and employees perfect place
