Went there and they tried to rip me off just with what they put in the estimate. Some macho man in a tight shirt probably trying to screw me over because I'm a woman. I went elsewhere fully fixed and for half of what they estimated.. I works trust this place.

It seemed like they were slow to file paperwork in a timely manner, when they said my SUV was done and ready for pickup, I still had to wait because they were waiting for insurance to make a payment but I found out that insurance was waiting for paperwork that was not filled before it was done. That delay cost me extra money for a rental for a week .

Talk about customer service, this location is up to par! Jessica the front desk worker was very informative throughout the process. I heard from her twice a week as my car was in the shop. Also helped me out a great deal when going to pick the vehicle up. Car looks great and am extremely pleased with the level of work the guys did when repairing the vehicle. All tens across the board for auto collision and glass located on military rd Niagara Falls ny location!!!
