We contacted Erickson Roofing to ask for a quote on a new roof. Yannick came to the house and inspected the roof, and later that day I received a quote that was significantly lower than one received from another company. Within less than a month a crew came out to do the roof. They were fast, efficient, friendly, and communicated with me so that I knew what was happening. Erickson Roofing was responsive and professional at every step of the way, and we were very happy with our choice of roofers. We would definitely recommend them!!

We have a difficult roof to reach It's high and the pitch is extreme. I've had roofing companies flat out say no to the job, which I understand.However Yurick came out and took all the measurements and said they'd email me a quote. Great, but a week goes by and no quote. I had explained that my insurance company is breathing down my neck so I cant understand the delay. I've called twice and was told they'd have Yurick call me. Days go by, no call, no quote. If you can't do the job, I get it. But be professional enough to let me know and respect me enough to return my calls.

We contacted 3 companies to quote on a new roof for our house in Lantzville. Yanick from Erickson came over a couple of days later at the agreed time, and that same day we received a quote that was very competitive. We were so lucky that a crew became available and within the week, Murray and Dakota were installing the roof. They were experienced, knowledgeable, respectful, friendly, and communicated with me throughout the installation. Clean up was thorough and Yanick came out to make sure we were happy with the roof. The roof looks excellent and comes with a 10 year guarantee from Erickson., a company that has been and will be around for longer than that. No unexpected charges, no drama, great roof. They installed our roof in a timely manner, conducted themselves professionally and communicated with us throughout the process so any and all questions and concerns were answered to our satisfaction . I contacted Erickson Roofing to replace our roof. We had used Erickson Roofing over 20 years ago for a new roof on a previous house and were very pleased with the result then. Yanick came out a day or two after contact and gave us an estimate. We were very happy with the price and from my favourable experience 20 years ago, did not bother to get another estimate. We were made aware that there would be a slight delay in starting due to supply issues as a result of Covid. Murray and Dakota were the main roofers for our job and were both excellent. Everything in the process was well communicated and they all did and excellent job with our new roof.We are extremely pleased with the final result. There were no surprises and I am still as happy with Erickson Roofing as I was 20 years ago. Nothing less than 5 stars.

Im a roofing professional. This company goes cheap and not to code... torch to wood, which is absolutely unacceptable. Unfortunately, in Nanaimo... there isnt much else.

Erickson Roofing just completed the roof on our new Carriage House we are currently building. The communication was excellent with Yanick. Very happy with the recent work done by Erickson Roofing as we had been waiting for 9 months for another contractor to start the job. Yanick was aware of our situation and did everything possible to fit us in and complete the work in a timely manner. The work done by the roofing crew was excellent. They were efficient, worked with attention to detail, and did a great clean-up job. Right from the start I found Yanick to be professional and trustworthy. He answered all of our questions, was clear as to what needed to be done, and the job was completed exactly as he outlined. Based on my experience I would highly recommend Erickson Roofing.

Erickson roofing company was recently working on the apartment building I live in. It is a strata run building, where each unit is owned separately. The owners of my unit use a seperate company to rent to me as a tenant.This is important as a tenant I require 48 written notice to have to move my vehicle from it's parking spot in the lot. Two weeks ago on Friday, at 8am I had two of this companies employees come banging on my door and I mean so loudly it actually scared my daughter, who's room is beside the front door. They proceeded to yell at her window until she woke me up and I went out to speak with them. While speaking I tried to close the door because I was being screamed at in my own home by strange men I had never met before, upon trying to close my door their project supervisor slammed his hands onto my door, not allowing me to close it. This is a complete violation of my rights as a tenant and as a person. I lost it on them. It is not okay to go to someone's door and start harrassing them because we didn't get a notice to move my vehicle. After this I went to speak with someone involved with out strata and the behavior from these employees continued. The project supervisor was using awful language and started to attack my personal appearance. The foreman of the job told my partner and I to just move. This company also left roofing materials all over the pathway outside of our apartment leaving it dangerous for people and animals. Highly recommend avoiding dealing with this company. When I contacted the owner he at first seemed like he would take actions, and then he said his project supervisor wouldn't not apologize. So I had to go the last two weeks with both these men coming back to the property, making myself and my daughter feel unsafe. Not to mention the project supervisor was directing the crane one day and as it came down to the ground he let it swing infront of myself and my daughter as we tried to leave the parking lot in the only pathway available.. the lack of care for anyone's safety is terrifying.
