Decent experience. Not sure why half the time only one lane at the drive thru is open. Inside the restaurant feels a little small. Most of the staff are unapproachable and seem to try to avoid helping customers.

I normally try to avoid posting negative reviews about specific employees, but one staff member, Leslie, has been so rude every single time I've been here that coming to this location and seeing that she is working genuinely makes me nervous. I understand we're only human, we all have bad days. But every time we're served by her, we're met with eye rolls, rude comments, and just the general impression that she does not want to be there at all

Went through the drive thru. Requested Chipotle dipping sauce for my potato wedges. None was included. Parked and went inside and this is what they gave me. A napkin would have been appreciated in the bag as well. For how polite I was when I went inside the employee was very rude. I'll go somewhere else next time.

Went through drive through today at 2:25. Recently added a second drive through screen. No one took my order. After 4 minutes had to back up and use other screen. Tried to complain at window. Young women rebuffed me and blew me off. Why have 2 screens if not functional? Sad customer service at this location.

I just wanted to give a shout out to the morning crew at this location. Especially Chanice (sorry if the spelling is wrong), no matter how busy the lineup is she’s amazing in the drive-through, takes her time to say good morning, is always uplifting and cheerful, which is lacking these days in customer service.I hope this reaches her and you recognize that as well as the entire morning crew at this location. Keep it up!

Not once have I got a good coffee from here, never fresh, always old, and never the correct amount of cream and sugar. Staff seem like they could not even care less.

Regrettably, this has become a daily occurrence, which greatly diminishes my enjoyment of the beverage. While I understand that occasional mistakes happen, the consistent lack of attention to detail is unacceptable. This ongoing issue has compelled me to voice my dissatisfaction and demand a resolution.In addition to the coffee predicament, the overall quality of the food at this Tim Hortons location leaves much to be desired. It is disconcerting to encounter meals that are evidently prepared with little care and consideration. The lackluster taste, combined with the frequent mishaps, has left me questioning the commitment of the workers to their craft.As a loyal customer who values the reputation of Tim Hortons, it is distressing to witness such a blatant disregard for quality and customer satisfaction. I used to come here daily every morning before work they were awesome before. but now it doesn't matter what time of day it is when I go thru the drive thru they steady mess up every coffee I order and the food. I try to stay far away from this location the staff is actually very rude and don't care. Half the time if you go in they don't acknowledge that your even there. And it's not even busy.
