Royal Interior Carpet & Rug Cleaning

Just had two blinds cleaned and re-strung. Service was very prompt and the blinds look great and work very well. Mohammed who picks up and installs the blinds was very prompt and courteous. I was a little surprised and a little disappointed that Royal doesn't offer any warranty for the restringing, but their rationale was that they can't control how people treat their blinds, which I understand.

Excellent service. Our carpets look brand new after the cleaning. Mohammed couldn’t have been more polite and helpful. He made sure the carpets were laid down properly and even lifted furniture.Highly recommended.

Its been the 3rd year that we are asking this company to clean our office and I think these guys really deserve to have a first class review from us.We had office upholstered furniture,couple of area rugs and carpet to be cleaned and this company really knows what they are doing.Excellent and efficient job,reasonable price and polite technicians .Thank you guys.See you next year.

Do not believe their website. They’re reviews are a year old plus. I had scheduled a couch cleaning 3 seater with chaise and given a quote. Once the cleaner arrived he insisted my couch was a sectional??? Rarely have I encountered a service person as rude and condescending as this one. He wanted more money. The issue wasn’t the extra money if you were to believe their advertising the extra money would be worth it. But NONE of their advertising matched the level or lack of level of service I received from this company. Stay away from this company! I never did get my couch cleaned. After my encounter with the on-site cleaner AND office staff I dismissed him. I wouldn’t have it done for free. They are dishonest and have a total lack of customer service

This is the fourth time I've used this company and I wouldn't use anyone else. Prompt, punctual, efficient and friendly are the descriptors for this lovely staff from the booking person to the service people. Thank you Royal Interior Carpet & Rug Cleaning, well done!

I have one rug in my house. It is a woolen handmade rug that I absolutely love. As it turns out - that is exactly where my dog had a major and messy accident. I thought that the carpet was ruined but Royal was amazing. They got is clean and looking brand new. They were fast, friendly and extremely accommodating to my crazy schedule. They are lovely to deal with, totally fair pricing and I couldn't be more thrilled.

I have been dealing with this company for several years and their service gets better and better every time I call them for service. I admire their positive attitude and Honesty I asked them to clean a stain on my carpet and was willing to pay extra because I had used other products and kind of made it worse their technician (Sam) was honest enough to tell not to bother and waste extra money.If you’re looking for professional honest and excellent cleaning service I recommend Royal cleaning

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! I am an unsatisfied customer. They came and cleaned my L-shaped sofa and guaranteed 75% pet odor off of my couch. They praised their company was very professional and 100% customer satisfaction. I was absolutely NOT satisfied at with the results and I called back and spoke to a guy named Sam and he was so rude to me. He started arguing with me and putting words in my mouth and calling me a liar. He finally said that he would send someone out to my house again. The very nice gentlemen came back and cleaned my sofa again. It was still the same watered down solution they used on my couch in a spray bottle. I didn't bother to call them back ever again and using their services. I wasted $226 on a useless cleaning job. Today I received a disturbing phone call stating that I owe money and they threatened to send me to collections and to put a lien on my house. I have the invoice stating it's paid in full, how is this possible? Now the cleaning man is calling my cell phone and leaving rude comments and remarks. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
