This store is amazing, I always find What I need, store is well organized and staff is so helpful too. Very well managed and great customer services!

I have used Spirit Halloween for over 8 years for supplies for our events for A Spa For You and Esthetic Academy - The staff have always been super knowledgeable and creative in helping us determine our needs. The most racist place I've ever been into. Went there on 9th October 2021, around 6.20 pm. Only spend 2 minutes in that building. We were planning to get Halloween items for our first Halloween party, but because we are brown people from India two female employees started stalking us through the aisles. Within 20 second after we entered the shop the tall blonde female employee approached us , asking what we are looking for, told her we have to look around, again she was asking you don't have any specific item that I'm looking for" how I'm gonna find something to buy in 20 seconds. We left the shop. Before leaving told the male who was at the cash register. No apologies

Year over year the manager Sarah and her first mate Hailey provide customer service beyond reproach. Everything you need for Halloween with some of the best decor options. They remember regulars and are great about following up on questions.

Super fun store, I could spend a fortune in here. Well laid out and easy to shop.

Very good selection of costumes and Halloween decorations. They carry many branded costume and a lot of generic costumes for all ages.Their decorations are quite varied in complexity and price. They range from fake cobwebs or simple figures to animated zombies with remote or motion controls.They are only open from early October until Halloween and their costumes are really just made to last a single year.If you as the owner you can sometimes get a good deal on last year's demo decorations.

The bathroom was broken and the employees didn’t seem to care. They said to go across the parking lot to Home Depot so my 5 yo could pee. The manager seemed to think that because maintenance was taking a long time it wasn’t her problem.Overall, an incredibly rude experience. Order online, skip local, the costumes are the same anyway.

Decent store, but it lacked the higher end stuff I was hoping for.
