Best cut my doodle has ever received.

Awful place my dog looked awful after his haircut his hair is uneven knots still stuck in his fur my poor dog was traumatized and they did not treat my dog right I do not recommend this place at all not worth $55 at all my dogs haircut looks like it was a fast rushed job. Very disappointed

Our puppy Loki seems to be very comfortable with ms Genie. We like it there very much.

Did not have a great experience at all. My dog was given back to me extremely distressed and was still wet…. Safe to say we will not be going back.

Unprofessional, unreliable and quite frankly im not sure its hygienic neither for my cat or myself. Will NEVER go back. This place in hudson stinks so much its hard to stay in for more than a few minutes. I showed up on time for my appointment. But the manager/owner wasnt so i was asked by this very nice young lady to wait a few minutes, which i did. 15min later im told shes coming soon... i still waited for 10min, then the owner said she'd come as soon as she finishes that dog at this other place shes at. Are you kidding me?

Clipped my pups ear when I brought him in for a grooming. Now he won't even let me brush him. I will try again with my purr baby, maybe they can change my mind.

The lady working was really helpful and sweet. Unfortunately she ended up cutting my cats skin pretty deep when giving her a shave :(Edit: it was the ile perrot location

My husky needed a thorough cleaning and I went to Parissa on Grand Blvd. and had Genie do the wash. My female is only two years old and is used to having her baths so she is not a problem. Genie commented that she cried when left alone and didn’t like being left alone to dry.She came out pure white and smelled very good and clean. Genie greeted me at the door and took my female into the back room and allowed me to come in and see– she told me it would be an hour and a half and it was. I was very pleased with her service. She is located in Ile Perrot. The only thing I remarked on was that the store smelled quite bad. But everything was tidy - they just need more ventilation.

Terrible serviceDon’t listen to you at allEndanger your animals health ... from eyes being scratched badly to nails trimmed to short to cutting moles and skin..... vet bills in the thousands from going to them u think I would learn. I have finally learned. Stay away if you love your animal
