Very busy place . I have a real problem with racoons and skunks in my backyard. SPCA is not involved or interested in being part of the solution that continues to be a growing problem in Stratford. This problem will continue unless a solution is made so that animals are not allowed to have their litters grow up inside the city. There is lots of areas around the city with bush that transferring them to me would make more since by certified people who can do the job well.

An absolutely wonderful experience for me and my girls to drop off a donation. We were warmly greeted and taken in to drop off a donation my girls gathered by selling homemade cookies and lemonade. After filling some paperwork in, we handed over the donation and got a picture taken of the handover and gracious staff member, as well with the cutest little kitten!!

Adopted my sweet girl on Friday and during her exam Monday the vet noticed a very common and minor complication that occurred after she was spayed. I contacted the Humane society and they were so helpful and requested I bring her in that very day to undergo surgery. They were so kind, you can truly tell they care for all animals in their care. I couldn’t say enough great things about them. Absolutely recommend checking out their available animals for adoption and their services.

Just took my kitten to get neutered. The lady I spoke with when I brought him in, was so kind and seemed like she really cares for the animals that come in. He's recovering really well and back to his playful self. Thanks for making Butternut, Butter-no-nuts. ;)

My family found a 9-10 month old beautiful kitten on a wet freezing cold night. Under the circumstances we had to bring him in. The ladies that helped my daughter and I were AMAZING! They took him right in and made us feel great about his safety and future. The facility was so clean and organized. The animals there seemed very happy and very well taken care of! Thank these beautiful people for the great work they do!❤

Nice clean facility, very open. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Getting my first puppy there. Adoption is very easy and you're helping the animals in your community which is very important. Highly recommend if you are interested in getting an animal.

They were super helpful and friendly. I found a stray in Listowel, so I drove it out there on the weekend and they accepted it no problem. He is a gorgeous little guy, and so friendly! I hope he gets adopted fast ! Here's his picture, So if your a good family go find him and adopt him at Stratford Humane Society :)
