We had experience with “Farley Smith & Denis Surveying Ltd” and it was not just very bad, it was absolutely inappropriate. We had experience to contact them sometime early, shared some our property details but decided NOT to continue with them. Instead, they were hired by our neighbors and shared our proprietary information and private facts (not publicly available) with them. It is not just conflict of interests; it is a serious crime that was reported to Ottawa police. Moreover, they failed to look and find original T-bar marker in the corner of our property, and when I pointed them about, they just told that they cannot reach it. Furthermore, they failed to locate previous taken survey, check deeds for adjoiners and other pertinent tracts. If you can, try to avoid them and look for more professional service.
