We had Jim install a water system 13 years ago at our Deer Island cottage. The system still works great, in large part to Jim’s never ending service attitude. I can call him at anytime and I will get a quick response back with simple solutions to what I thought were hard issues to resolve. Jim has been looking after our cottage lake-water sourced water system for over 10 years. His bi-annual routine service calls are always timely and efficient. My system has been very well maintained, and JIm has been pro-active in recommending things such as a backup pump, and critical equipment replacement near end of service life. Although we use the cottage year round, JIm has kept our system completely reliable. We recently had a loss of water pressure on a Sunday morning. JIm was immediately reachable, came out same day, and found that the problem was with the heat line’s electrical circuit. He got our intake pipe thawed out and water flowing again. He thoroughly tested our entire system before he left. My wife insisted that we leave this review, and a 5 star rating.

Very happy with the water purification instal. Good clear clean water system drawing from Georgian Bay. Jim and his team came in by boat and hooked up the system plus new submersible pump, pressure tank and hot water tank in 3 hours. It was easy to winterize and start up this spring.

We have had our 4EverGreen water system for 10 years and we love it. Other than occasionally replacing the filters it has been maintenance free. The prompt and professional service we receive from Jim is exceptional. I do not know what we would do without his support. Whenever we have a question he is always quick to respond and generous with information and recommendations. He truly makes us feel like we are important as a customer. Quality products and impressive customer service are hard to find these days and Jim delivers both.

I picked up my full water system from Jim locally in May of 2023. The construction of the system was top notch and Jim was quick to answer all of my questions. As my cottage was outside of the company's installation area I opted to hire a plumber to install the system at my cottage. This worked out perfect as I needed other work done as well. Just got back from the July long weekend and the system worked flawlessly. Couldn't be happier.

Jim installed a full water system to purify the water from our lake to make it drinkable. The whole process was fast and efficient. The entire crew was polite, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. It was installed in May of 2021. Jim makes it easy to get filters from him as well. Pleasure doing business with his company, and we would have no problems recommending them to anyone.
