I’m a regular customer. I come here every morning to grab my triple triple steep tea, and I must say that the time to prepare my order has reduced to a great extent. I really appreciate that hard working boy Shif, working on the drive thru window most of the time. He always deals with me in a perfect manner and with a great smile. Previously, when I used to come here, I had to wait in a long line. But now, I recommend this fast service place to everyone. I love this place because of quick and accurate service.Thank u

Sunday evening 5 pm and this tim has no donuts, tim bits, bagels , nothing available. Horrible service as well. We ordered 2 wraps and he screwed up that too.

Drive through on a Saturday noon. Absolutely garbage speed and service. 5 cars in drive through at time of order for 2 coffees and a donut. Waited 14 minutes (extremely excessive in my opinion, to receive my coffees not made to specification as well as my donut wrapped in wax paper vs a bag. Staff inside seem to be 3+, as well as fairly empty inside dining room (4 people no one in line)

UPDATE: If I could give them a negative star , I would. Yeah this location sucks! The staff here are rude all the time. They don’t listen when ordering and rush you through. Same for the weekend-day staff are horribly rude, wrong product served 100% of the time. Maybe this is the new Tim Horton S.O.P. I don’t go there anymore.

This is the worst TH! We go there Friday night around 7:30pm... They don't have Timbits, they only have a few donuts. This location closes at 11pm, could you explain why there's no donuts in a donut shop at 7pm???? If it was only a fluke, but it happened many times. It seems this place is poorly managed

Worst service, slow as ever, ordered ahead of time and still had to wait 10 minutes for my food. Everyone has an attitude issue and would rather gossip than focus on customers.

The worst Tim Hortons in the area! There is always a line up, no matter what time of the day. Service is extremely slow. Staff is rude and needs proper training

Happy to see I am not the only one who thinks this place is an absolute dump. Not sure how many chances I have given this place but it is BRUTAL. This morning, for the final time, I went through the drive thru and ordered a steeped tea and honestly, I am convinced it was made with hot dog water. Also, the bagel went through the toaster for maybe .5 seconds, it was cold bread. For the cherry on top, a few of the employees that I have dealt with literally don't give a ****. I feel sorry for the ones that do. Do yourself a favor, visit the other Timmies 2 minutes down the road near the highway, that place is galaxies ahead of this garbage.

This is the slowest Tims around and I think they are aware that they need to work on this but my main issue is more than half the time I come here they get my order wrong. Today I came back after a few months and the guy at the window wasn't friendly and handed me my food without even looking at me. And my order was wrong as well. They used to have a nice girl at the window who would at least say hello. If you want to go to Tim's I would highly recommend the one up the hill at the gas station or Merrittville. They are busier but they are always friendly and get my order right.
