I visited Polmaster last week looking for tiles to install in my out dated washroom and laundry room. Girls in showroom were very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Showroom has wide selection of quality tiles for good price. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I found this place though a friend recommendation and I was so happy I went with them for my powder bathroom. I dropped by their show room which is very well organized. It's bright and tiles are easily displayed so it's easy to get your project organized. The customer service was awesome the lady was patient and explained everything to me including all the stupid questions I had. There was no stress or rush. I had a list from my contractor of things I needed and Polmaster was happy to help me with them. I highly recommend this business for their excellent service, great quality product and price points for everyone.

This place makes my life 100% easier especially during these weird times. I order, they get it ready and I do a pick up. Nice, easy, efficient and fast. Also, not only do they have the standard classics but they are always on top of the new tile trends. Great place! Good job guys!

Customer service was very professional and knowledgeable. Their design ideas for four different areas including 2 different bathrooms was very creative and exactly what we were looking for. Wow! My husband and I had a great experience with Polmaster. We bought a large amount of tile for our home reno. Everything came in on time, and we were communicated with the entire time, not to mention the great quality of the tile. We especially had a great experience with Gosia. Gosia was absolutely amazing to work with. She was patient, and very knowledgeable on the products they carry. Would highly recommend Polmaster and Gosia. We will absolutely be back for our next reno project.

Great selection and outstanding customer service. Gosia Bubella went out of her way to find the right tile for our kitchen floor and helped us make an informed decision. Raf in the warehouse was also helpful with picking up our tiles.
