This is my GO TO place for POPS. Lucas and Robyn are AMAZING and very caring people. My Husband hurt himself back at the beginning of February, and everytime I go, Lucas asks how is he doing. GREAT caring guy and Robyn is very sweet too. I have worked in Customer Service for over 30 years and I know how to treat a Customer. These guys are the BEST

So I used to work at a strip store like this a decade ago and the beautiful thing about stores like these are the tight knit communities it can create.Unlike mall stores where there’s always high traffic, you really get an individual experience with folks that are passionate and professional about anything to deal with games. They have the time to inform you of all the promos you can take advantage of and also just talk about the hobby that brought you there; games!They often help remind you to preorder and they ride the balance of delivering a genuinely good experience without it feeling fake or like they’re only doing it to sell to you. With this kind of environment though, it really comes down to the standards and precedents set by the leadership that’s there and Christine, the manager there currently at this location along with her (well-trained) staff, really exemplifies the ideal environment for gamers & hobbyist alike. My girlfriend and I have been shopping here for over a year and it’s just be genuinely; a great experience all-around whenever we walk into the store.

I've been going here since I was a kid and the service is great. They really know games and can recommend products or games for you to try. The edge card also gives me cool benefits like free returns with full money back even if the game is opened within three days. It's in a good location and there is ample parking. I would suggest this place to anyone looking to pre-order games.

I've been reaching out to this store for the last two weeks over the phone to get some information for orders and stock inquiries and have had nothing but great service from the staff here. I've primarily been going back and forth with Christine (hopefully spelled correctly) who's been an absolute pleasure to deal with. She's been very professional, polite and most importantly she's extremely knowledgeable; she's gone above and beyond to help me! I would definitely recommend this location!

Had an average experience here the last 2 times I came here so I expected nothing more especially on black Friday today since employee's must be tired. I came in around 8:45 and I was very pleased with how the 3 gentleman in there were performing. Cole! was my cashier and he was still very enthusiastic and polite at the end of the night, he had the task of informing me about the items I inquired about and doing a return, carrying a great conversation on the side. He notified me about the warranty for my joy cons and PS4 controller which I purchased with my products. He was very knowledgeable of all the products in the store and how the products will hold up and he will be the reason why I will return to this location for all my gaming needs. Very happy and thankful with this experience hoping it stays just as good for the future. My expectations will be high!

Called in to reserve a product they had in store. Came by saturday after lunch to pick up the item. There was a small line when I arrived, only 4 people in front of me, so it wasn't bad. There was a 3 customer capacity in store capacity as Ontario is now in stage 1. So I thought maybe I'd have to wait 10 or 15 minutes, and decided to stay. It ended up taking more than 40 minutes for the line to move and for me to get in store... 40 minutes waiting in 30+ degree heat with no shade just to let 5 people in while the line continued to build behind me.When I finally got into the store, I spoke to the cashier and recommended they perhaps think of a way to speed the turnaround for customers coming in and out of the store. He said they won't and customers are just going to have to wait outside. I told him he had about a 10 person line outside and we've waited for 40 minutes in 30 degree heat with no shade. He said you can't rush customers, that's not customer service.When you have customers waiting for 40 minutes outside in summer heat without any shade, and the only reason they had to wait outside was because you're allowing customers to window shop excessively, then you should reconsider your policy. It wasn't that there was an absorbant amount of purchases they had to fulfill for each customer lining up, nor was the line big and that's why it moved slow. There was literally 4 people in front of me and the line piled up while the cashier took his time and didn't consider any customers outside.Yes of course its not good to rush your customers. First, its not rushing your customers if they've already bought what they needed in less than 10 minutes and they're just hanging out in the store for an extra 15 just to look around. Second, what mainly bothers me is when I suggested to find ways to speed the line such as putting limits in-place for how long customers can shop since your store has such a limited capacity (3 people limit currently), he responded as if I was out of my mind to suggest that. We've been to multiple stores during covid with time limitations in-place since they've had limited capacity and wanted to keep the line moving. We've never once felt offended by time limits since everyone understands the pandemic environment we're in.Your management needs to review their policies during these times and train your employees on how to properly adapt to the changing environment

Amazing customer service!!! The two guys helped me out a lot today and help me find everything i was looking for. They even went out of their way to call another location to see if a product was available. Will definitely come again.
