Amazing service. I was initially told I would have to wait 5 days at the earliest, but the receptionist asked a few more questions and ended up being able to send someone out who was in my area already. The locksmith was thorough and fixed my lock so that it was better than before, and he was able to cut keys right from his van! Great experience, definitely recommend when you're in a pinch.

I purchased matching locks and handles they were commercial. (I was unaware at that time) wanted them all keyed the same. When my new doors were installed my contractor said the handles would not fit, luckily I still had my old ones. The locks work great never a problem.

Security Key & Lock Service is, without a doubt, the absolute best place to go in Regina for anything lock-related. I've never walked out of that store dissatisfied. You'd be doing yourself a disservice to go anywhere else for getting keys cut. The guys there are polite, professional and know their stuff. They were able to make functional copies of all the mangled keys I brought in as well as make a new key for a lock I provided, thus saving me the effort of replacing several locks.

I have been coming here for years! They have a great inventory of keys and have been able to make me so many different types of duplicates that other places couldn't cut. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.
