Microcomp

J'ai achété chez Microcomp un ordinateur fait sur mesure pour mes besoins en traitement massif de données et deep learning. J'ai fait part de mes spécifications générales et Microcomp m'ont fait une proposition de composantes spécifiques. C'était un défi en ces temps de rupture de stock de plusieurs composantes chez les fournisseurs. Malgré cela, Microcomp m'a fourni un super ordi dans un délai court tout en m'informant au fur et à mesure du processus. L'ordi fonctionne à merveille. On m'a même appelé après la livraison pour vérifier que tout était ok. Super service !

Tres bien. Ce qui était annoncé a été mis de côté lors d'un simple appel. Très bon service de Microcomp et de Joseph. Je recommande.

Until three years ago I was dealing with a fairly large IT support company for my Computer needs, my Network, as well as Software assistance & malware protection. It was a struggle to get service from them & the support costs were very high. I switched over to Microcomp in 2019 for all the above services and it's been going very smoothly since then. They also recommended I switch my phone system over to IP telephony, which helped us a great deal for working remotely especially through the difficult Covid ERA. MICROCOMP installed a new server & Network, Backup systems, Malware protection. We also buy our laptop computers from them and working remotely is very smooth. Long gone are the days where you Contact your IT company and wait forever to get a Ticket created and waste so much valuable time dealing with issues at a Premium cost. I would recommend Microcomp for small to medium size businesses.

Quick and superior service above and beyond the expected. Alfredo was quite knowledgeable and helpful making sure I got the right memory to upgrade with. Can't wait to need their sales and service again as I would WANT to deal with them anytime.

An excellent company to deal with, and we have been doing so successfully pretty much since the time they started. They have provided us with both hardware and software solutions to meet our needs.

Took my Alienware Desktop to Microcomputer to have them update my I-7 3820 chip gaming system with a new hard drive, ram, video card. I asked Mike to look it over to see what it needed to speeed up it’s performance. Mike replaced the hard drive told me the video card and ram was sufficient to take it home and try it out. The computer is hands down no question much faster without having to spend the extra money. Thanks Microcomp for the great service and helping me out I will see you next time.
