Easily photocopied some urgent documents I needed in color, and the lady did it for me quickly and easily, in and out! And not over priced by the slightest.Super happy with their service.

I needed a mailbox because I sold my condo and it wasn't certain of what I was going to buy yet.I called this location regarding renting a mailbox and the owner was extremely friendly on the phone and the prices were good so I ended up renting a mailbox.I will say that the owner is extremely helpful in explaining everything. He has been in the business for 20 years. And you can tell he cares about his customers.I called around to a number of locations regarding renting a mailbox and his location was the best price that I could find. You can actually access your mailbox 24 hours a day. That's good for anyone who can't get in during business hours.

So I went to this place yesterday for what I thought was going to be a quick return drop off.At first I was really excited because location was super close to home, however, when I got there the front desk man denied with the return because he claimed that I needed another piece of invoice paper, which I explained to him I simply followed the instructions from the store website.I also offered to show him the email where it stated what to download and print, anyways I had everything all wrapped up and ready to go.So when this front desk man said I needed to have a “invoice” paper, I thought he was talking about the invoice paper that was packed inside the package so I had to rip open the package to show him that there was a invoice inside. After ripping open my package, he claimed that the invoice was a internal invoice from the store, which I would have to contact the company I ordered it from and get another “invoice” that goes on the outside of the package, because it was a international return.All of this had me super confused going back and forth with him trying to explain, meanwhile this man was raising his voice being super rude where his wife was trying to calm him down in front of another customer that was also in the store at the time.With that first experience, I’ve decided to go try another location and see what they say, and just like what I thought it was suppose to be, a quick drop off took less than 5 minutes at the other location I went and they even helped repack my package, definitely giving a 5 star service at the UPS on 7357 woodbine ave!

They SUCK!!I was not surprised to see all the bad reviews about this disgusting place. If you use their computer the lady will be on top of your head watching you like if you were a thief! Plus they charge about 80% more than any other similar places. Also if you visit these idiots you will see their rudeness and attitude just DO NOT GO THERE!

I go to this place for more than 15 years and I was always impressed by the couple working there. They are very polite and helpful.I can’t believe there are people complaining.There are rules in place and they will do only what is correct. If you can’t get it your way it does not mean they are nasty.Please review your attitude and grow up.Thank you guys for the great and consistent work and customer service.

It is the worst passport photo shop I have ever been, they take photo and it is not acceptable for government use, I request for retake new photo, they ask for 10 dollars more, and it doesn’t any make sense, because I ask them many time if this acceptable, they said yes. However, it wasn’t, and they don’t refund and bad manner.Never go to this shop for your passport photo. Horrible. They just ask for money and not responsible for it. Garbage shop

The staff working there ( an old gentleman) is extremely rude and has zero knowledge of shipping. Went for a FedEx drop off, he insisted for a commercial invoice as his template! Everything is electronic now, the invoice is included in the shipping label! He almost screamed at me and did not allow me to finish the explanation. Went to another another fedex shipping center with the same label and zero problem. I’m not sure how he’s still in business with this kind of service. I will consider to report to FedEx to revoke his authorized license

HIGH RISK! Less this store and more the entire retail entity here. Whatever you do, do not leave your vehicle and go off their property: they will see on their cameras and immediately report your car for impound. If you're a Seneca student especially, or if you are seen with a backpack, they will call in towing services the second you step off property, regardless if you're a customer. Come only if you're willing to risk $300 expense. From personal experience, I left to pick something up before lunch and within the hour my van was towed.

So update to this place: AVOID AVOID AVOID (05/04/2023) Came to print earlier in the day, as this is closest to me, paid $8. Went back again in the afternoon, was done with a lot of the printing and then the owner prints 7 pages off a file and I was trying to explain that I had earlier requested 6, next thing he swings at me and grabs the papers screaming telling me I can’t complain. Sigh only a crazy person would scream for no reason, the audacity though to tell me I can’t say i don’t want a certain number of pages.Went there to scan and print. All I know is the owners are a big scam! They charge ridiculously , have zero customer service. When you try to figure why your bill is so high, the wife joins in to scream at you. What utter rubbish! They’ve got a service fee for everything! Save yourself some money and energy by going some place else!

TERRIBLE Customer Service. Went there for a simple DHL Drop Off this past Friday and the older gentleman working started raising his voice and basically shouting at me that I need a cross border declaration form with my package. Explained to him that it’s a pre-paid package and I don’t. Continued shouting at me even after I told him to calm down. I was fairly certain he was wrong so I went to Net Print Ship which was the closest DHL Service Point and they were extremely helpful and accepted my package. Go here if you want to be screamed at.
